Loud music causes significant disturbances to nearby residents. According to the guidelines, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. It is currently 11:30 PM, so please show some civic sense. February is a peak exam time for students who need to prepare and study. It becomes very difficult for them to focus with such loud music being played. I urge TCL management to adhere to the guidelines. This is not merely a one or two-day issue; loud music has been played almost every day.

Everything was nice but the waiters can be bit more trained.
The front desk staff is not friendly at all , its like they dont want to do business Couldnt even get them to negotiate on the terms properly , they were least interested.
