HOTEL SHREEMAYA RESIDENCY

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed during my many trips to India. I keep returning to it. The service is excellent, friendly. The food great from the restaurant below. Rooms very large and well equipped bathrooms with powerful hot showers. My only advice would be to soundproof the rooms on the front better from the very noisy main road, perhaps by adding double glazing.

We did not visit the hotel. We visited the restaurant and cafe. The sizzler at the cafe was amazing. The restaurant has a nice, calm and ambient dining area. The staff is very kind and the service is good. Would definitely want you to come back to this inviting hotel

Hospitality is very poor.. First off all they have created an issue in checkin, which I thought was fine cause every hotel has their own norms..but when I ordered dinner and I asked them that I will clear the bill during my check out...but they told me it's not possible for online booking...then guyz u really should not take online booking...u can make revenue on online booking but the service provided by you to online customer are pathetic..highly disappointed with the hospitality...as the booking was online so already 10k for rooms was paid and for rs 500 dinner bill they created so much of scene... This is the 1st time I faced such an issue in my online booking in any city till date..worst hospitality... Moreover not at all near the airport..so don't waste your time staying here

We had been at its restaurant for dinner It was a wonderful experience The hotel itself is quite well coming On the prominent road of Indor city Restaurant on the first floor, very well decorated and nice and clean The decor and ambiance were excellent.cutlery good,staff well trained and courteous ,ready to help and guide you The food was tasty and delicious Small dish option provide economy and pocket friendly ordering Options are plenty Glass sculptures are an added attraction

I have placed an order for my family in takeaway mode. I have bad experience with Shreemaya celebrity. Few of the items from order was missing. So I contacted the manager and ask for delivery of missing items or provide me refund. The manager told me that when I visit next time, they will serve missing items as complimentary . I have just one question, what will be the meaning of providing missing items at next day? I am just expecting proper justification of my issue.

Very warm & hospitable hotel. Food is one of the top hallmarks. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff is very hospitable and caring. Cleanliness is on point.
