The location of this hotel is central, making it convenient to access most places in Indore city. The service provided by the staff was commendable; they were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. However, the hotel itself isn't particularly fancy. The rooms are just okay, and the bathrooms are small and not very well-maintained. While it's a decent place for a short stay, don't expect luxury.

It was great experience but They should upgrade their rooms otherwise the staffs, managers all were really good and helpful. Service and food of the hotel resturant is also good.U can go for this property.
We a group of 10 members stayed in the hotel for a night on 27th Dec. and the hotel manager at reception mentioned only 2 Executive Suites left which he asked us to visit and see if it's suitable. We visited the room and it was 2 bedroom suite but they informed they'll provide extra mattress for us. Still the amount they charged us was on too high but as it was 10:30 PM in the clock, we thought to take those rooms instead of another search. They asked us to leave the luggage and they'll arrange that to be shifted at room. It took atleast 40 mins for us to get luggage. Also, we went at the reception twice requesting for luggage and water and the manager was very rude and arrogant. He seem to be thinking of himself as a boss. Finally, after getting we were just getting ready for dinner by the time power went off. We thought it is a big hotel and we surely have generator and was waiting for that for 30 mins with no luck. Finally again, I went to the reception and they said electricity will come in some time. After having a long wait and even we had 2 senior citizen members with us, we decided to move as we were getting late for dinner. We all including the 70+ age members walked via stairs from 5th floor to ground floor and went for dinner. With the treatment we received till that time, we decided to go outside for food (which I think was the best idea). After dinner, around midnight time, when we reached back at the hotel power was on (god's sake). Everyone was too tired and looking for bed and surprisingly, we still were left with no additional mattress yet. We thought to call 444 (reception #) and the phones were down. There was a phone on lobby which was working and I tried 444 but no luck. Again, I went downstairs for mattress and water and they said to arrange it soon. Also, they asked to call 9 from lobby phone as room phones were not working. In the meantime, my wife complained of bathroom tap broken and not working properly. When we complained room service, the person said, I informed the 100s of time but no one is repairing this tap but he showed us a wayout (jugaad) to atleast make it work for us. In the meantime, we were still waiting for mattress which after half an hour we again rang them (from the lobby phone ofcourse) and they said they're arranging. Finally after 15-20 mins we got mattress for 1 room and now the wait is for another room mattress and also for pillow, kambal etc. which took another half an hour and couple of calls from myself and my frustrated sister to get it to us. Around 1ish in the night, we finally get everything for us to sleep but it was all-round failure for hotels like Samrat Hotel where they claim Executive suite etc. but even the taps were not working. Meanwhile, while we were at reception, I heard they misplaced keys of other rooms and also someone asked what will you do if someone in the lifts and power went off? Do you have generator or alternative to get them to floor safely and the answer was clearly visible in their face.. It was a horrible experience and I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially the manager rude behaviour which is a big surprise to me as in hospitality industry, the most important thing is to be polite and respectful which was clearly missing in this case.
Best hotel for tourism in very reasonable price. Room, service and location all good. Hotel staff also very polite and supportive.
Good value for money... budget friendly stay... centrally located....
I have visited this hotel as a teenager a few times and I visited now when I'm 40+ It's sad to see such a beautiful hotel turn to shambles. I wish the young generation who is running this hotel get its glory back. I wish good luck to the management.
This hotel has classic architecture, it was really attractive and felt royal. Rooms are very tidy. Staffs are highly professional and had an amazing experience, it felt like home, they were always ready to help and friendly with us. We stayed with family here for 2 days, we also had a kid with us too. Food is bit pricy but the quality is good, like home, would sure recommend to others this place. The location is great too and safe
Nice hotel to stay... Very approachable..... The restaurant is available.... Good parking space....
