Never ever seen such a pathetic behaviour of a hotel receptionist with their customers , they deserve negative rating, i went there in feb 2025 , whole hotel is vacant still they have given us( me and my old aged father) room in 2nd floor with no ventilation(window) in the room , in morning we have gone for medical test of my father and returned very tired in night , don't know why but receptionist given room (just next to our room) to some weird men in night and they were partying all the night with loud music and drinks with opened door, because of which we are not able to sleep, I called receptionist to look into the matter but he has only told them to reduce the volume , we have tried a lot to sleep but not able to, due to loud music and we are scared too as they were drunk and I'm a female with my old father , so not able to say anything to them. I have called many times to receptionist to do something but he didn't , plus he shouted on me. Next day we cleared the bill and left the hotel as my father don't want any arguments with such illiterate and misbehaving people. Literally, just for some extra money the hotel management has tourchered us whole night without thinking of the gender and age of other customers and they themselves are sleeping in ground floor with complete peace .Hotel manager should take some serious action on such matters otherwise their hotel will definitely become a bar for rubbish people.

Room & Bed quality is not good, Manager behaviour is very worse but staff behaviour is very good.overall I will not recomend this hotel anyone although This hotel don't have manu articles & food.

A perfect place for staying..Very Neat and clean room.. Excellent room service..And the behavior of the staffs are very very good and polite.. Special praise for Mr. Neeraj Ji.. Always recommend this hotel for everyone looking for hotel in Indore..

My name is Ramakant Patel, I am from Rayasen Gairtganj. I was looking for a good hotel in Indore, then I searched on the Make My Trip app and saw the photos of the hotel rooms. I immediately contacted the hotel manager Mr. NEERAJ JI and reached the hotel. I stayed there for 2 days, and the experience was very good. The people there are also very good. I will recommend everyone to go there.

All over experience is very good, room was very clean and service is very best, staff behaviour is also good and friendly, management was great by neeraj kurmi he is best person in hotel management.

Very clean and big size room. Staff behavior was very polite and helpful. Rooms are value for money. Very neat and clean hotel food operations are nearby.
