Hotel Regal Regency

Very worst hotel. Owner is also not socially responsible for his hospitality. Talks very good during booking and shows his original colours during checkout. It was holi time but among the whole public he was the person who shown his true colours. The staff when asked to clean the room says that they don't have cleaning staff. Also the AC is not cleaned and not working. Even the fan is also not working.

The hotel was clean and nice. Staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfy and quiet. Good food and service. Great place to stay. I would come again.

Thank you for the service, they gave me early check in without any charges. I was strangled early morning with my family due to car failure but they have good staff helped me.. Thanks will visit and recommend for family

Expect very basic service, we were two friends sharing a room. Upon asking for additional sheet they provide one which was teared off. No water glass or water bottles in the room. We had to ask for additional towel as only one was provided. Had to make total 5 calls to setup basic things which you will expect to be already set. On positive note they gave us early checkin which was coordinated by our tour organiser and food was really tasty.

Good food with great facilities.. Family stay was nice, good location.. value for money. Loved Indore food

Please Avoid Visiting This Hotel Their Staff Is Rude And They Also Misbehave With Delivery Boys I Have Ordered Food They Misbehaved With Him, The Receptionist Behave Like He Owned The Hotel
