Hotel Ramaya Inn

Location is not exact the actual hotel is located far away from the google map point. Hotel manager is very rude and unprofessional, no hot water and while asked for the geyser turn on they gave a heating coil to use. Literally never saw this kind of hotel in my life. Rooms are also very ugly and they didn't clean it. Bathrooms are smelling and toilets are very ugly, they didn't change the rooms and said to check out us.

Goon is the owner of this property. Eating gutkha in mouth, he talks like he is the king of the world. 1st he says room available and I did all the formalities. Suddenly when I asked for itenary, he suddenly says no room available because I have no right to ask for itenary according to him. 0 sense of talking to people. I would suggest if you don't want to loose respect, never visit this property.

This a very good hotel for stay with family. The room service and rooms are good and clean. Nice and friendly staff. Only the restaurant is little high on price but the food is good rahul gour are good person best hotel in indore
