Comfortable Stay with Good Service at a Reasonable Price I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for a reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean, with a double bed and an extra mattress for three of us. The washroom was also clean, though the bathroom buckets could have been washed more frequently. The room had essential amenities like a hot water geyser, TV, and AC. The hotel provided RO water, which was of good quality, and the staff was very nice and responsive. They quickly provided RO water whenever I requested it over a call. Overall, a comfortable and budget-friendly stay with good service.

Rooms are spacious and that is the only plus point. Otherwise everything else is horrible. Rooms have cockroaches, plenty of mosquitoes. Service is the most horrible. They donot provide towels, water etc. we requested water bottle on paid basis that was also denied. No kitchen, there is no electric kettle for tea. One or two staff are only there and they are responseless.

I had stay with Family. And electricity went off at night 2.00 am ,there was no back up plan. Suffered a lot. Couldn't get proper sleep in summer season with payment for AC rooms.

Next to railway station is the advantage of this facility. Parking in the basement is horrible place to access, very high traffic on the approach road making it extremely difficult to park if you are driving your own vehicle. Staff is good and friendly. Water is chargable here. Very limited food options. Rooms are basic but hygienic.

Worst experience with this hotel , rude behaviour of staff , faced much difficulty in check-in after booking online. Staff is not cooperative. Poor services. In the capacity of 9 person for 3 rooms they didn't even allowed 6 for check-in in online booking, Stay aware , they looted us.

Room size is really good and the cleanliness is too. The hotel staff is polite and really helpful... A major advantage is the walkable distance from the Indore railway station. Negative is not having inhouse restaurant but you may Swiggy or Zomato to the hotel. My overall experience was good.

Where to start from.... The staff (including owner) are very humble. Employees are helpful and innocent. Place is pretty clean, rooms are spacious, corridor is nice (u can click pics). Food is very good. Only one gap, service takes time bcoz hotel is new and they wants to recruit good people. So guys be patient. Hotel is around 200mtr away from railway station (PF 4). Doesn't give rooms to locals. There are 3 ways to enter building as they are on 5th floor. Avoid 32 steps option with luggage. Owner changed n taken over 3-4months back only. Highly recommend.
