I was traveling from Ujjain to Omkareswar and decided to spend a night in Indore. I booked this hotel on OYO. At first, I was a bit hesitant about online bookings because I had a bad experience in Ujjain. But I decided to give it a try and called the reception to ask about the hotel rooms, especially about the bad order. I called them a few times, and even though I don't speak fluent Hindi, the staff (Kashyap) was super friendly and patient. They answered all my questions. When I got to the hotel, check-in was easy and hassle-free, it was same for physical bookings even. The security and hotel staff were also polite and helpful, even though I don't speak Hindi. The next morning, I checked out and headed to Omkareswar. I even went back to the same hotel because my darshan took the whole day. The car driver even suggested another hotel, but I didn't want to miss out on the experience. Another reception staff, Chowhan, was also super friendly and helped me find the nearest places and the bus station. In summary, I highly recommend staying at this hotel for business, personal, or even backpackers. It's a great place to stay!

The location is good. The hotel rooms resembles fresh and french colors with vibrant yellow and white walls. The restaurant doesn't have in house kitchen but they can take orders and arrange food. The service is good. The reception staff is very receptive and staff also respond immediately

I had booked this hotel pine 4 day back and i called them they are not confirming my booking asking for more money, after calling to OYO they paid same amount the hotel, they agreed to give hotel booking confirmation. The day I reache to hotel , they have shifted my booking to some other hotel , saying hotel is overbooked. I was stunned there. They are not ethical. Please check after booking also. I saw many time this is happening.
