Hotel Paradise Green

I booked 2 room after paying full amount but cancelled one room . Hotel staff informed about rebooking of cancelled room same day but refused to refund the money paid by me as per committment and suggest to talk with owner.Owner of the hotel also denied to refund saying no entry in register so it is cheating for a small amount of rs 1000. So be careful for such situations if you book.

Staff is helpful, I would have given5 star if cleanliness and hygiene was better. Toilets especially need to be cleaner.
