Hotel New Sunder

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The services were top-notch, with everything running smoothly from check-in to check-out. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making the stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out was the owner's warm and courteous behavior--always available, friendly, and genuinely concerned about guest satisfaction. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely come back again!

Room was neat & clean. Room service was good but morning tea is served late after 7.30 am. Tea service is not good. Liquid handwash was not provided. Overall the hotel was very good to stay as the hotel is centrally located near many tourist spots. Thanks.

Rooms were ok, but not worth more than 1700. You can do a bit of bargain if they asks you for 2000 or more. 1 big problem the hotel has habit of overcharging, they will charge 30 for 20 rs mineral water and 2% additional amount if you paying via card. And when you ask them why this overcharge hotel justifies with some crap poster made by them which claim they can charge whatever they want according to Supreme Court. I got into an argument to show according to which section and which hearing date this holds but as it was self proclaimed they failed to answer me. Location is also good not very prime but places are nearby. Go stay there if it is in your budget but don't order anything even water from the hotel and pay via cash or UPI.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and the train station. The check-in process was very fast. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, providing helful information about the amenities and nearby attractions. The hotel is a good option for families on a budget. The menu for the room service is also quite extensive.

EDIT: Replying here since can't add a reply to the hotel owner. No one called the room dirty (read my original comment CLEARLY) - it is however very overpriced for the services provided. The dining room is however dirty. The attitude of the front desk and services are below average. As per the suggestion of the hotel owner - everyone should book another hotel because they don't deserve another rupee from anyone. Every hotel understands that courtesy towards the customer is bare minimum but these guys clearly don't. As soon as you're not paying them, they are ready to misbehave with you. Other highlights of services provided : I had to call for water twice across 45 mins before it could be delivered. They asked us to use the luggage room which is a dirty store room for changing clothes if we wanted to - no sane person would do that. Original review: The hotel is way overpriced for the services they provided, which are next to nothing. Rooms are just ok : there's no electric tea/coffee kettle in the room, the TV is tiny. They rush you to check out in the morning, don't accept basic requests which any decent hotel would. We wanted to use a room temporarily when picking up our luggage so we could freshen up. They flat out said no despite requesting multiple times saying it was not "allowed" (as if there's a policy higher than customer satisfaction). They do not allow outside food in the hotel and their dining room looks pathetic so forget eating if you're staying here.

Hotel was very near to Indore railway junction just 5 minutes from car or auto Rooms were very clean and sanitize Inhouse restaurant they send food at room also which was very convenient to relax and eat at room and room service also was good, they give parcel also if your order as we were having train at night without saying anything they gave us dish n spoon also in the parcel Only one thing not like we booked triple bed but soap showel gel were provided only one small bottle which one one person can use.when I asked why they said if asked then they provide more. Which is not acceptable. Hotel is clean You can go for it if want near station Cost is high we paid 2800 for triple bed it would have been some less around 2-2.4k

Fantastic Hotel...Its just 5 mins away (by Auto) from Indore Junction Railway station. The Rooms were also wonderful. We booked 2xDouble bed room and it was very spacious. Washroom was also very well constructed and maintained. They have their own restaurant which was decent as we only had breakfast once. Ola and Uber pickup was smooth from Hotel location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Just 5 mins walkable distance from indore Junction. Rooms and serive are good. No outside food allowed. Need to go outside for food or you can order from their in-house restaurant. Cost of food is little more high comparable to nearby restaurants.
