Hotel Nahargarh Palace

I would like to post a very very honest review not a biased review. I have always given good ratings to even a modest hotels if their service is good and prices are justified. This hotel nargrah palace is no palace. It is just a hopeless back packers dormitory. Highly overpriced, useless staff. Toilet was so bad that even railway station toilets are better. I didn't even use their toilet. Wash basin was so tiny you can't even wash your hands in it. When we went to complain about the washroom the manager was absolutely rude about it. Please don't ever try to book here. No palace ...its worst than a poor mans hut!!!!

The hotel has a typical rajasthani haveli charm & interiors are classy. But the Rooms are very small for double occupancy & lack ventilation. ACs are powerful though. We visited in April's scorching heat but the cooling was awesome. Rooms are clean, neat & tidy. Breakfast menu is limited but the quality is good. The manager and the staff are very cooperative. Secured Parking is available in the plot opposite the hotel. Location wise, it's in the heart of the city but the area is a bit conjusted with small lanes. The reception and the lobby have a typical old mansion charm.

Disappointing Stay: Below Average Interior only Attractive Exterior I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the interior accommodations. While the exterior of the hotel is impressive, the interior fails to meet even the most basic standards expected of a 3-star establishment. Key Issues: Lack of Basic Amenities: Essential items such as toilet paper, toothpaste, and a night lamp were missing. Additionally, the bathroom was unclean, and the towels provided were dirty. Frequent Power Outages: The hotel experiences load shedding, leaving the room dark for approximately 8-10 minutes each time the inverter is turned on, which is quite inconvenient. Uncomfortable Bedding: The bed is excessively noisy, as if subjected to constant movement, making it difficult to rest. Both the pillow and blanket were dirty and torn, and the blanket was insufficient for even a single person. Pest Issues: There were numerous cockroaches near the bed, which is both unsettling and unacceptable. Poor Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The commode was dirty and had a yellowish tint, and the room was not maintained properly. Conclusion: Despite its appealing exterior, the hotel falls short in delivering the quality and amenities expected of a 3-star property. Charging premium rates for subpar services is unjustifiable. The presence of pests, inadequate cleanliness, and lack of basic necessities make this hotel comparable to a low-cost local establishment. I do not recommend staying here and advise potential guests to consider other options. Rating: (1 out of 5 stars)

Cool , cozy . If you want a feel of Udaipur type hospitality then do visit this hotel. Owner provide breakfast from their own home which makes this hotel completely out of the line from any other hotel. The taste of home made breakfast will make your day for sure. Specious and very well decor room. Longe is artistically decorated (picture friendly location) , a small museum showing aristocratic view . Must visit hotel if in Indore. Very affordable price . Don't judge it by its location, just reach there and enjoy the ambiance.

The hotel is inconspicuously placed in a narrow lane, but autos and cars can easily enter the street. Surrounded by residential house in the front and a similar hotel and a PG on the either side, it is a typical budget stay hotel.|The hotel entrance and lobby are nice and warm. A grand gate makes you feel royal and a colourful sitting area gives a very vibrant feel. Ganesh ji's murti adds to the whole vibe of the place.|The staff is very cordial and welcoming. Special mention to Mr. Suraj Pratap Singh Sisodia ji at the desk and Pritam ji at housekeeping for making our stay comfortable.|The rooms are small but cozy and neat.|The breakfast was poha and parantha on both the days. It was very tasty and home like.||There are a few concerns though if they matter; |The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are ample eating places within 200 meters walk.|My room did not have any storage space which is not a big concern anyway.| The washrooms were neat but need some improvement in terms of space management as the basin is extra small and bathing was making the commode wet.||Now, my complaints;|1. the towels provided were not clean and one of the rooms were given a torn towel.|2. The fan in my room worked only on number 5.||Overall, for a budget hotel, it was a nice stay.

I checked in spontaneously within a day and the room was made available with proper amenities, cleanliness. The host was super awesome and helpful made sure we weren't missing anything. The place is damn good the ambience is mystical and I would definitely recommend to stay here whilst in Indore. This place has become my go to now whenever I'll visit Indore!

The rooms are good. The service is the best. Exterior and interior is designed like a fort.

I was in Indore for Office work visit, so was checking the stay options in indore, came across thus wonderful property "Hotel Nahargarh Palace" which is located in Sheetal Nagar, Sector A. The location is very much accessible from the main highway. The best part here in the Hotel was the ambience, the cleanliness and the hospitality of the entire staff. The stay here was far more comfortable than I expected. Thanks to Mr Sooraj who guided me well and took care about my breakfast and a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to travellers like me who wish to experience a homely stay and peacefull environment. Thanks once again to the entire Team of Hotel Nahargarh Palace.
