Hotel Konark Inn

Spacious rooms, good facility, friendly ambience. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful in all aspects. And the food is a just at the restaurant. I would recommend anyone to enjoy their stay in Indore at Hotel Konark Inn.

Better to book any other nearby Hotel. It is not worth above Rs. 1000/Night. Rooms and passage gallery are smelling like dead rats. Rooms are even not Ready by 5PM. Attached few pics for your reference.

Hygiene, Food, Service was good. But a lot of noise, disturbance due to working staff chatter and people smoking in the hotel was allowed was a biggest No No. Overall more than average experience.

Everyone please read this review very carefully before visiting this third class service hotel where the staff is extremely rude and mannerless Do not waste your precious time and day giving a penny to these fraudsters Disgusting pathetic ridiculous even more bad then these words So let me begin with my booking part I book this hotel from mmt the price there it's showing 1600 and something As we reached the hotel initially they denied that there is no booking on my name then later on they confirm okay it's there They collected our id I'll let you all prior I m not an indore local neither my friend we both live in pune So they collected id took our address verify id and given us a third class room saying people are checking out we will assign you deluxe room after half and hour we were oky we that We went to room after half an hour we place a call on there telecom That we need to get fresh can u shift us to our assigned room they say it will take more 15 min After wasting our 45 min they called and we need to leave the hotel as they don't allow local id My question is two people living outside indore how they become local secondly we have given our adhar card adhar is national id each indian have adhar it's mention on there site they accept adhar card They made us leave the room we ask for refund they say we have no money as mmt haven't forwarded yet to us you can complain on mmt We file a complain on mmt they haven't given us any refund yet saying the hotel authorities are not ready to refund the money Again I ask what did u charge us for For wasting our time and day For giving us a pathetic room and disgusting service You people don't deserve a penny Don't even know the meaning of hospitality and open a hotel to cheat need my refund and a written apology also the compensation to waste my precious time

Such a pathetic response from hotel staff, hotel ambiance is not good, hygiene is not in room and they don't have rooms where guest can rest without any noise or disturbance.

Please do not go on the photo shopped pictures of the rooms. I checked in at 9.30 pm and left at 7.00 am following day. It was too late to get a hotel at night. The rooms were dirty, sheets were not changed. Very bad experience.

It's the staff that make a stay enjoyable, and all the team members at the hotel were superb. From reception to cleaners , everyone made you feel welcomed. The rooms were clean, had kettles, coffee, tea and some complimentary biscuits. I would happily return there if I was visiting Indore again. Great place to stay and they have an amazing team there.

Good place to stay near vijaynagar area good and co operative staff also buffet breakfast start in economical rate and good food option in dine and room service with good food taste.
