Good hotel to stay in Indore. Located in a convenient area near the market, making it easy to access shops and local attractions. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall service is decent. The restaurant serves good food, adding to a pleasant stay. A suitable option for both business and leisure travelers.

Firstly we were travelling 6people and they provided us 3different room in each floor.. which caused us trouble..then when we went to have lunch they made us sat for a long time then they said it won't be possible to get food now as nobody's there in the kitchen..we were getting late for our flight..rooms were good but at night my parents rooms had a short circuit which caused little fire..service is not good

The rooms are shady and unclean. We wanted to book from Agoda but decided to check the place instead. We were told by the receptionist guy that they have banned Agoda. But anyway, the place looked unhygienic and so not connected to the city, we decided to go elsewhere.

It is a very good hotel, the rooms are very clean, the staff also behaves well, the food tastes very good, service in the rooms is available 24 hours.

The hotel only looks good from the outside. The room was extremely small, dirty, and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was constant noise from neighboring rooms where local guests were partying and drinking all night. This made it impossible to sleep. I booked a room for 2 days for 2 people, but the experience was horrible. When my guest arrived, I went to meet them, only to be told by the receptionist that I had to meet my guest outside the room in the middle of the night due to a policy of not allowing visitors in the rooms. This was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. Such a horrible experience. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I would strongly advise against staying here.
