One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes that cater to every palate. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with a generous spread of fresh and delicious options. We loved the Swimming pool and the dinning experience at Splash. Overall, Essentia Luxury exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Indore.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was quick. Food options are wide and yummy. But I believe the chef's expertise is in Indian food and not other cuisines because We ordered taco shell with fried beans - and the taste wasn't Mexican but purely Indian. The pasta we tried in dinner buffet was not boiled properly. To my shock, the vegetables added in it was completely raw. This could be a one time thing but surely something to note. The dinner buffet was wide spread and huge! Italian, chat, Indian, salad options, Chinese options and the desserts - each section had 4 options. It was 999 inr + taxes. Dinner was totally worth it. I recommend this buffet! 10/10

The staff at Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore needs training in customer service. When we arrived with our family, four members reached the hotel early, and the rest followed later. We asked the reception to help us access the lift, but they replied rudely, saying they were busy. The room cleaning was also delayed, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We paid 238,000 for 2 nights, and I expected better service. The hotel's staff needs to improve its customer service skills to impress its guests.

The hotel is conveniently located and everything is not too far away. The rooms are good size and nice, bathrooms are small comparatively. They keep the AC on minimum so restaurant, floor areas are hot and warm in all common areas. Restaurant for lunch is lousy as in a very limited menu half the things are missing, but the taste of food is awesome. I think with a little more training for staff and professionalism from management, it can become among best in Indore.

The hotel's luxurious claims fell flat with subpar amenities and poorly trained staff. The staff struggled with English, and their customer service was abysmal, including the manager. With only one person handling parking, the valet service was inefficient. Additionally, when my family and I arrived, some of us reached the hotel early without room keys, and our rooms were on the third floor. We asked the reception for lift access, but they rudely told us to use the stairs, which was unacceptable. My request for room cleaning at 7am wasn't fulfilled until 2:30pm, with the staff citing understaffing as the reason. However, the food and restaurant service were exceptional - the best part of our stay. Despite this, the overall lack of attention to detail and poor resource allocation ruined my experience. For the price, I expected luxury, not mediocrity. Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore failed to deliver on its promises, making it the worst 5-star experience I've ever had.

The staff was polite and courteous.The food quality was also impressive, with a good variety and taste. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects that affected the overall experience. Firstly, I was surprised to find a charge of 500 per plate for plain cutlery. I've stayed at several other five-star and luxuru hotels, and I've never encountered such a charge just for basic cutlery--this felt excessive and unnecessary. Secondly, my booking included a beer bucket as part of the package. Unfortunately, getting it delivered to the room turned into a hassle. Every time I requested it, I was asked to call the reception, then the restaurant, and go back and forth for confirmation. This happened not only on the first day but also repeated on the second day, which was frustrating and not expected from a hotel in this category. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the food was great, the extra charges and poor coordination in service took away from what could have been a seamless luxury experience.
