Cosmopolitan Hotel Indore

On the very first day of our arrival we were little late enhance plan to place the lunch order from the room itself. They had good amount of food options in their menu. Taste of their food was really great. We had a great view of Indore railway station from our room. This place is very close to the railway station however hardly we can hear any noise because of their sound proof glasses. We had a stay for almost 2 and half days and not even a single penny of any sort of trouble we faced here. Their service was top class. Rooms were clean, big and hygienic with king size bed as promised. Adequate amount of safety and security with fire extinguishers all around and emergency exits too. Happy staying!!

Okay this is a reall review from a real person thik hai? I am not a bot! So here's what my experience at cosmopolitan! 1 - Rooms are neat and tidy you get your own coffee maker, nice ambience and huge windows make it open and not sufocating like other hotels. 2 Bathrooms are well equiped with mordern needs, it is clean and nice. 3 - Ac system is nice and works great although there are no fans in the room, but you won't feel the need unless you used to sleep under the fan! 4 - Room service is great! Everything gets to you in max 10mins, food, coffe or juice. 5 - Foos is delicious, hygienic and the pricing is very smartly kept! Love the taste, the menu is kinda small but it is really okay i mean why you need a lot of things, and that also helps you make quick decision. 6 - The beds! Oh my god the best a spring wale (i don't know the the real name) toh bhai kya hi maza aya sone me mast saaf clean bedsheets and the whole warm tone room ambience makes it more cozy. Charging points are nicely installed near the bed and spring wale beds hai toh if you are couples (maze hi apke ) 7 - Lift is fast and very handy at times when you need to get down or up quick. That concludes my over all experience baki location and staff and mangement is verygood, Railway station k just baju me hai what else do you need? Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I stayed here for just one day and had a very unpleasant experience, especially considering the room was labeled as an "executive room". Room Comfort: The centralized AC was not functioning properly. Even after running for over 2 hours, the room was still uncomfortably warm. To make it worse, there was no fan in the room as an alternative. A lot of traffic noise in the room. The washroom was dirty with no ventilation. Bedding: The so-called double bed was made by simply pushing two single beds together, creating an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Food & Service: Later ordered butter khichdi specifically requesting no chilli as it was for my 1.9-year-old child--but it came with chilli anyway. Also ordered noodles with instructions for it to be less spicy, but it turned out to be extremely spicy. Overall, the food quality and service were disappointing. I expected basic comfort, cleanliness, and respect for instructions--none of which were met. This was a truly poor experience and I do not recommend this hotel.

Cosmopolitan is a centrally located property, just a few steps from the railway station, making it highly convenient for train travelers. Although the hotel shows signs of age and wear, the staff is generally courteous and accommodating, with the exception of one. Breakfast options are available, though they might not be worth indulging in.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, and the bathroom was in horrible condition. The washroom tap wasn't even working properly, which made the experience even more frustrating. To make matters worse, the food was bland and tasteless--definitely not worth the money. It felt like no effort was put into the quality of the meals at all. The overall management was unresponsive and didn't seem to care about addressing these issues. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. It's a complete waste of time and money.

No doubt this hotel has good ratings, this hotel is just outside of the Indore railway station, people working here are so professional, calm, helpful, respectful. the hotel is quite old and some walls has colour patches but rooms are clean, washrooms are clean. Specially Chetan sir, (dashingly bald with frameless specs) is amazingly supporting and helpful. He's great example of how the receptionist should be.

Had an amazing experience staying here, the staff was so cooperative, and helpful. The rooms were clean and most importantly bathrooms were well maintained. Its near to station, The eatery is nearby and all mode of transport is available just out of hotel. Don't think twice, if you are in indore i would suggest staying here

Worst hotel, not worth the money at all, room service not good, I paid 5000+ in INR, the food is not available, just ordered food from zomato, the owners of this hotel have taken things for granted, staff has no uniform. Non responsive. Seems that this place is owned by some powerful people, and that's the end of it. Nothing for customers. All five ratings here are fake ones. It's impossible that this place will get 5 star ratings. The hotel has no watchman, no bell boy, no uniform, single reception guy, half of the food mentioned on menu not available. No toiletries, spray shower is leaking, no bucket, no exhaust fan in bathroom,no door safety chain,only 3 tv channels available,dirty curtains,water gets spilled over on dry area inside the bathroom due to wrong positiining, List is endless, few things here are not available right from construction days, very unthoughtful of the architect. Ridiculous place.i booked this place via make my trip, why are they still recomending this place ? That's bad on make my trip
