Highway Treat Handia

Stopped over for a night whilst on a long journey for charitable causes. Signage is clear and welcoming. Car parking was plentiful. It was easy to transport luggage up to rooms. I got more than I expected from the rooms. TV, fridge and very nice bathroom. The bed was large and very comfortable too, as well as clean. As we do these journeys often, I would definitely prefer to stay here than some private hotel where standards are in question.

My chartdred bus that starts at Harda on 09.55.its battery r was not working,so we waited for 1.20 hrs.Thanks Handiya high way treT that served tea free of charge.Alongwith thanks to Bablu Tiwari for cooperation.

The only roadside place in between Bhopal and Khandwa where family members can have a break, refreshment and wash room. It has clean / hygienic washroom as per Indian standards. We walked in the camps and felt rejuvenated.

Room are not clean and maintain properly. More over hotel refuse to provide room on our arrival we had book room through make my trip. They demand more money and provide us room. Washroom area dirty and not maintain , they provide only filter water RO water not there . Property is at good location but maintain very unprofessionaly.rats may disturb your sleep. No TV, No wi fi, No breakfast or bed tea included in room rent they only provide dirty room.

If you're traveling towards Bhopal and have missed eating at Hardha, this is one decent place to dine. Menu is standard MP Tourism one and the food quality and hygiene is as per MPT standards. They also have rooms in case you choose staying here.

Highway treat is located right on the main road just before the narmada bridge. Parking space available and open restaurant for snacks and food. Rooms are spacious as well. There are lot of historical and religious places around narmada Ghats on both sides of handiya and nemawar like siddhanath and riddhi temple. Teli ki Sarai is another place that can be visited nearby.

Good to have a reliable goverment break area when you are on road. Restrooms were in good state and restaurant was decent. Though they didn't had much choice but food was good.

Nice shaded open seating arrangement, great place to take a break on your journey. Restaurant staff is friendly but has very slow service, expect 20 minutes for tea.
