Disappointing Experience at Moziac Hotel, Gwalior - Poor Hygiene, Maintenance & Service I recently stayed in room number 306 with family at Moziac Hotel, Gwalior, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the hotel's decent appearance from the outside, the reality inside tells a very different story. Here's a detailed account of the issues faced: 1. Unclean, Damp and Poorly Maintained Rooms: The room assigned to us was completely unclean and full of moisture. The walls and floor felt damp and sticky, with a musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay indoors. It seemed like the room had not been properly aired or cleaned for quite some time. This kind of negligence in cleanliness is unacceptable, especially in hospitality. 2. Poor Washroom Facilities: The washroom lacked even the most basic amenities. There were no hooks or stands to hang clothes or towels - an absolute inconvenience. Additionally, there was no proper space or shelf to place essentials like soap or shampoo. It felt like the washroom design and upkeep were completely overlooked, making it a struggle to use the space comfortably. 3. Non-functional Electrical Fittings: To make things worse, several electrical switches in the room were not working. Charging points were either dead or loose, which made it very difficult to charge our devices - something that's expected as a standard in any hotel stay today. 4. Unhygienic Linen: The towels and blankets provided were unclean and covered with dust. It was evident that proper laundry practices are not followed. Using those items felt very unhygienic and discomforting. For a hotel that charges a premium in a city like Gwalior, this was extremely disappointing. 5. Substandard Breakfast & Service: The breakfast served at the top floor was equally bad in quality. The food was not warm, lacked freshness, and tasted bland. Even basic items like tea or toast were cold. But what added to the frustration was the attitude of the staff. Requests for water and other essentials were either ignored or took an unreasonably long time to be fulfilled. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to guests' needs - a major red flag in hospitality service. Final Verdict: Moziac Hotel, Gwalior, promises comfort and luxury on the surface, but the actual experience is far from it. With poor room maintenance, unclean facilities, non-working electricals, and unprofessional service, the hotel falls short on all fronts. I would strongly not recommend this property until the management seriously addresses these basic yet crucial issues. There are definitely better, more guest-focused options available in Gwalior.

My overall experience is good in The mozaic Hotel Gwalior. From Check - In to Checkout is easy & well managed by Lady Receptionist ( Dont know her Name sorry for the same) . Evening Front Office manager Vikas very polite & help me to Charging my Cell phone. In room dining is 9/ 10 due to delay of my order. Food taste & quality need to improve which I give 7 out of 10 . On 9th may evening my dinner not good after consuming it my Stomach upset & not feeling well. Not get call for Complimentary breakfast. There was some loops in service rest all rooms & staff behaviour is good . Property is good & well Managed .. Keep it up Team The Mozaic Hotel Gwalior...

We have booked hotel before hand for two days,when we checked in room was not cleaned as we moved to other room that one also not having water in washroom. we have asked multiple times them to check they only came and told us having some issue will solve in few mins, we were waiting for more than hours still there was no water , at the end we had to check out from hotel and look for other options. We have paid very huge amount which is not worthy of hotel will not recommend this hotel to anyone if you want to enjoy your stay peacefully ,even receptionist asked us to pay extra charges for early check in though we only arrived in the morning 9 O' clock. We haven't got any refund as well.

Poor review "I expected this hotel a decent stay, but it was a bad dream. The room was dirty, and the bathroom had a bad smell. The AC did not properly work, and was very slow to use Wi-Fi. Moziac Hotel provides a stylish stay with modern rooms and great amenities in a prime location. While the ambiance is relaxing, the helping service needs improvement, as responses to requests were slower than expected. With more efficiency, it could offer a truly seamless experience.

Minus zero zero to this hotel, whenever you come or book this hotel kindly ask OM who is at reception wether AC is there or not because this a lodge not a hotel you need to ask first if AC works or not, OM the reception man here says you need to ask first for ac. Bad bad experience here rude and very bad staff. Paid for a premium room and was given a small room.

The rooms are spacious but are a little bit dirty, we had to go and buy our own bed and pillow sheets!! The service are all very nice and helpful but mostly lacking in English. the location is as good as any other location in Gwalior, bugs and cow feces all over the streets. but it's still better than Gamora's location and Radisson's. all in all its a good enough place with reasonable prices. good for a low budget stay.
