I had a fantastic experience at this bar restaurant! The ambiance was vibrant yet cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or a casual night out. The menu offered a great variety of drinks and delicious bites to complement them.||A special shoutout to Mr. Ritik, the bartender, whose skill and professionalism truly elevated the experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and the cocktails he crafted were perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The hospitality of this place is awesome. Be it the food, the staff, the rooms that are spacious and newly renovated name them, they have really lived up to it. The staff in the restaurant Surender and Basudev were not only polite but treated me with most respect. The food is delicious with so much variety which was of great taste and quality

Location is easily accessible situated right at the heart of the city and on main road. Great hospitality from the staff, from opening car doors for the guests to smooth check in and 24 hrs room service was a great differentiator. Luxury suite was clean and spacious as per the expectations. Food was average. We had an amazing stay, no unnecessary interference from the hotel management. Guests feel welcomed and respected because of the staff behavior.

Dear Team, I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience during our recent visit to Sayaji Central Park, Gwalior. Despite being loyal guests of the Sayaji Group across multiple states, this particular visit stood out for all the wrong reasons. The staff at both the reception and restaurant displayed an unprofessional and indifferent attitude. Shockingly, we witnessed the poor treatment of a visiting branch manager from a reputed bank who had come to enquire about banquet services. She was made to wait for 20-30 minutes, only to be dismissed with attitude and told, "If you don't want to give business to us, that's totally fine, you can leave." This level of disregard, especially towards a female guest, is unacceptable and damaging to your brand. Additionally, one of our colleagues clearly requested an e-bill during check-in and was assured it would be provided. However, at check-out, the request was abruptly denied, citing reasons like "rush" or "unavailability." Such inconsistent service reflects poorly on the management. This experience is not just disappointing--it is concerning. If this is the standard of hospitality now being maintained under the Sayaji brand in Gwalior, it is far below expectations. We are seriously reconsidering our corporate tie-up with Central Park due to this incident. Out of respect, I won't name the front office staff involved, as I understand people have families depending on them. But I sincerely hope the management reflects on this and takes corrective steps. Be careful when you go to this hotel. My gold ring was stolen from the room. They thought I would not notice but once I alerted them they kept telling me only that I should trust them and that they would send it back once they find it. They even told me about how they returned someone's Apple watch but from the story which was supposed to be reassuring it was very clear that they had put the watch in the trash bag to take it but because of the guest realising and because of the find my apple watch feature the guest was able to discover the watch. Deeply disappointing and heartbreaking experience especially considering I had gone there for a wedding.
