The A-Park Hotel

Had a great time at A-Park Hotel with family. Tarif was reasonable for a double bedroom. Staff was polite. Room service was quick. Complimentary breakfast was included. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Gwalior. I would like to thank the owner for giving us extra time for check out, as per our train schedule.

Hotel room was normal as common in C class cities. Breakfast was complementary but no buffet is available. Breakfast provided in the room as your choice. Breakfast options was like Paratha dahi, poha, tea etc. Staff was very supportive. I've checked out in morning and kept my luggage there and said will take it in evening. In evening reached for taking my luggage and I asked for rooms for changing the dress, they provided very politely.

Overall a good hotel. Breakfast is not so nice. 4 Kms drive from the railway station.

Very very bad experience. Stayed in Luxury Suite room with tarriff of 4,000 + 12% GST and another in Executive room with tarriff of 2,500 + 12% GST. The bed was not clean. Bedsheet was torn and untidy. The blanket was without cover. Under the blanket there was a lot of fallen hairs and dusts. Even after calling the receptionist, they refused to provide another blanket. According to their explanation, the executive rooms doesn't come with a blanket cover. When first I entered the luxury room, I saw a lot of insects on the bed. They are attracted by the nearby street light and comes inside the room using the gap between the door and the floor. Instead of using a door sweeper hotel staffs manages a twisted towel to put on that gap which is not suitable for the purpose. They gave two towels for double occupancy room. One seems clean but the other was untidy and had reddish coloured spots on it (may be lipstick or sindur or may be previously used). Also for double occupancy room, they provide single kits. The rooms doesn't come with a safe locker. The window lock of executive room was not working even after calling the staffs they couldn't fix it. The up-down sliding safety door lock from inside was broken. Anyone with duplicate keys can open the door from outside even the room is occupied from inside. The complementary breakfast is not buffet type. They give you options to have either Poha, Puri or Paratha. In the bathroom of executive room, water is leaking all the time in day and night from basin sink. Even after calling the hotel manager, they didn't fix it on the other day. The main problem we face was we put tags to clean our room at the time of leaving on morning, instructed clearly the two staffs at the reception to clean our room neatly, gave our keys to the counter for their ease of access. When we returned at night, we found that both the rooms were still untidy, the cleaning tag on door was still hanging, no staffs entered the room yet, the beds were still disorganised, previous night's waste foods and plates were still on the table and was smelling very bad, the bathrooms were not cleaned, even the dustbins were smelling very bad with fruit wastes and other wastes. When we called the receptionist and said the whole matter the person said that they have nothing to do as the cleaning boy is not available at night. We had to use the old untidy towels, we slept on the same untidy bed with untidy bedsheets and blankets, we still had to stay on the room with bad smells of foods. I couldn't figure out how they are claiming4,000 for one night with this type of cheap services. They should have ashamed of the fact...

We had the hotel booked online for a day as had a wedding to attend in the city.. We were not expecting much from it actually.. But then at the reasonable price at which we booked it, they sent a new accent car to pick us up from d Railway Station.The room was quite neat n clean n well decorated, the staff was very courteous n helpful. The food was good too. At a reasonable price we got a good neat n clean hotel.

Location is very good to stay. Lobby is looking good.room is comfortable and safe. Bath room is clean.Aqua is looking nice in the night.all luxurious facilitates are there.coffee shop breakfast is good .staff is good and helpful.

Staff was very helpful, polite and amazing. For all requests they helped really quick. I have normally not seen such a good gesture in some of the 4star or 5stars as well. Only problem was the Google map navigation, but the hotel staff helped on call to reach on correct location.

A good deal, got a big room at just 1840 with complimentary breakfast. Booked this room on my way back to mumbai. Believe me while coming from mumbai, I found it better than Radisson Indore where the washroom was blocked and taps were dirty. If you leave stylish taps, then A park is much much better than Radisson. And tea was great. I couldn't find any flaw. The staff is super good. Thank you for making our stay in the corona times this comfortable and safe for my little kids as the cleanliness was our biggest concern while looking for hotels.
