Super Townhouse Padav Square Gwalior formerly Hotel Shelter

It was the worst experience of my life I am regretting of booking from oyo it was my biggest mistake I won't suggest anybody else to face the issue as I have faced in that so called property owned by oyo townhouse really the worst and worst I would just like to say kindly change old staff whole management and if possible change the whole processing unit of your current team even who is maintaining that property. I kindly request who ever is reading my feedback or rating whatever it is called kindly look into it and in future no guest has to face this kind of worst nightmare kind of experience kindly I ask I am management to do something about that thing. I am not asking for any sort of refund or anything but please keep in mind in suggesting future properties if ever I will book in future from your website or application I would highly recommend please don't give me this kind of experience.

Poor room service. Care taker not work. Boiler not working for hot water. After too much call & remainder no one take it serious and resolve the issue. Housekeeping poor. Not provide any complementary. Also not provide the bathroom items like soap, shaving kit, sleepers, Toothpaste & Brush etc.

Rooms not clean. Dirty chairs, average bathroom (not that clean which I expected). Poor service. Best part (sarcastically) was the the room which I was given in the first place was cleaned at that very instant still had dust all over and the wooden flooring still was not clean even though it was moped. After complaining about the "clean" room, they showedthe better one but, after the first inpression didn't liked the second one also even though the room was better than the first one. Service is also slow here. Better to find another place to stay. You'll find better than this in the same price around.

Worst experience ever..don't know how they claim to be a three star hotel without clean and nit room, with lots of flies, lots of Mosquitos, no tv and no tap,no water to bath or shower and so so inactive, unprofessional staff.. Will have to report this hotel for this fraud.

Horrible service..they didn't even offered a glass of water..I have to take water online at 12:30am at night..No breakfast was provided. I have asked multiple times for kettle and room service and clean utensils..it was not offered till now. Room service was given only one time. Towels was provided on the second day after I literally shouted on them. Super Townhouse plaza hotels offers the worst service. It was like I was staying there for free. The toilet was unclean.the almirah was smelling and was dysfunctional. Even some of the tiles were making sound while walking on them. the furniture were stained with holes in them.lights near mirror were not working. It was worst hotels I don't even think I will plan another visit from OYO!!

During the 9-day stay, the room was cleaned only twice. The sofa set inside the room was covered in dust, the washroom tap was not working, and the bed mattress was damaged.

Worst.... The toilets were very dirty. The staff was not at all helpful. The rooms were also dusty. The phone was just for show, no wire connected. We were offered other rooms, but they were in more bad condition than these rooms.
