They do not have car parking and hotel is also not on road side you need to go inside the gully. Don't book the hotel if in your family member is old age because hotel don't have lift service and they have Rooms in 3rd floor as well. As per hotel price Hotel is good. Facility : hot water ,AC and TV is available

I recently booked super hotel o mall road Gwalior via OYO for my parents, trusting its positive online ratings. however, their experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor the booking, insisting on cancellation due to the rate being too low. Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving my parents distressed. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as they failed to uphold the confirmed reservation and lacked basic courtesy.

All lies. They have no wifi or tv. It smells. They r building this right now. People who need some decent stay will not opt for it.
