Best experience... really liked staying here. Best food, reasonable price. Little parking, big garden.

The worst experience ever in any facility till date.. Especially the staff of the hotel. We have booked this hotel for marriage function accommodation and each and every guest complains about the hotel. We feel cheated.

I loved staying at the hotel. To attest how good the hotel is... My mother-in-law is a difficult person to please in terms of hotel stays and she had no complains. The room had sufficient storage spaces, the food was good (I had alu gobi, rotis and salad... The lunch time was over, still they were sweet enough to manage a proper meal for me), the service was good (they are very prompt with their response) and they did what they could to make us feel comfortable, which is what matters in the end.

We are on an india drive travel. Stayed in 15 hotels so far. only This hotel gave total negative feeling during stay. Hotels looks good from out side. Room and premises are clean and neat. But the room is so small and hence suffocating? Toilet is too small. No plugpoint is working properly. Full loose contact? You will get iritated trying one by one. Stayed there two days unfortunately. No hot water recieved. A boy came to check told he will bring in bucket. He doesnt even know about which side tap give hot water. Finaly we had to use room kettle to make water hot. Yesterday night toilet flush stoped working? And no water in tap. We had to start travel at 6 am? The guy come to check told us to shift room at 5 am in the morning. Finaly we had to shout at him. Only looks... no good service or maintenance? U will loose ur peace of mind here. Only 3 car parking. That too one line. One behind another. Making difficulties. Day time parking is on road side. We are not happy

My family and I stayed here for 4 days, and my stay was exceptional. The staff of this hotel is very, very helpful. They manage all your basic needs. And the manager of this hotel is very welcoming.

I recently stayed at Sanskriti Hotel in Gwalior and found it to be an excellent choice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The in-house restaurant served a variety of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend Sanskriti Hotel for anyone visiting Gwalior.
