The Food of this place is outstanding. Each and every dish made was perfect in taste. Staff was cordial. Ambience was decent. Crockery was well cleaned. A very good place for food lovers

Unfortunately, my experience at was quite disappointing. The chicken I ordered had a noticeably bad smell, which immediately raised concerns about its freshness and quality. I couldn't even finish the dish, and it definitely put a damper on the meal. To make things worse, the service was very poor. It took a long time for anyone to take our order, and the staff seemed inattentive and unbothered, even when we raised concerns about the food. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience. With so many other options out there, I wouldn't recommend this place unless major improvements are made in both food quality and customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Royal Class, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the reception team, who made check-in smooth and efficient. They were friendly and attentive, which set a great tone for my stay. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including comfortable bed, cupboard and large bathroom. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was impeccable - you could tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the space. As for the food, it was absolutely outstanding. The variety and quality of dishes offered were top-notch. Every meal I had was delicious, and I highly recommend trying Chinese if you're staying here. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the cleanliness and spacious accommodations to the excellent service and gourmet dining. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning on my next trip!

The experience was a worst one in recent time - The roof top had bad mosquitoes. - Despite telling manager for the same it took him a long time to manage a simple mosquito coil. -We wanted to sit inside and the place was vacant but manager who initially promised for closed room later declined to offer seat inside -Food was just ok ok..bad masala and taste . -Overall a bad experience

Good hospitality, great food, neat and clean rooms , courteous staff , apart from 1 lady at reception ,who misbehaved...... Need some good staff and reception counter so that they value customers Rest all is fine

Not worth staying. The staff are very arrogant and not guest friendly. Very poor service. Dining is nightmare. Despite informing for less oil food..the items are dripping and drenched with oil, i don't know what kind of oil they use.

Food is too expensive ... Even Quantity is also not sufficient .... Staff was good ... Rooms was good ... Foos taste is good but according to as price not best ... .. kindly keep low Price ....
