Regenta Place (Royal Orchid Hotels)

Fantastic offering in Gwalior. The location is perfect if you want to visit Gwalior Fort or Jai Vilas Palace. A lot of positives. The service from the reception to the room staff was excellent. There is daily room cleaning and 24x7 room service. The large bedroom has a king-size bed, safe, mini-fridge, TV, desk, sofa chair and table. The bathroom has an overhead shower and the mirror is equipped with an LED touchscreen. The interiors are furnished, classy, and clean. There is one key thing to watch out for. I got a window-less room. This is not made clear at the time of booking. Other than that, their cold milk-based drinks, such as cold milk or cold coffee, aren't really cold but closer to lukewarm. Hot drinks are on point. There isn't much in terms of eating next to the hotel (except for Vishal Mega Mart for grocery items) but the hotel makes up for it with a sizeable menu offering and round-the-clock service. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this establishment in Gwalior.

Hotel is newly built having all moden room facilities. Hotel staff is very courteous. We stayed for one night but it was memorable. Great spread out of buffet breakfast. |They have a nice and clean swimming pool on the top of the building. Our each and every family members from elderly to children had enjoyed their stay. Very Nice Hotel.. It really exceeded our expectation as it was first time stay for us with the hotel here. Staff was really exceptional in their service and were making sure that all needs are catered. Rooms were spacious enough and food was delicious as well. They have an open parking space in front of the hotel and that could be better planned as expected covered parking especially in the summer time. But overall good hotel stay.

Room no.212 1st Day- Reached here it was good, the rooms are good the bedsheets are clean, the AC is good, the TV is working the wifi isn't working the bathroom is small but has most facilities like body wash. - 2nd Day- The hand shower and shower were fine. All liquids except the body lotion were not empty. The trash can still had used toilet papers of the guest which came before us. They really need to improve everything!

We stayed in the hotel for just one night as it was our transit driving from Mumbai to Delhi. Dont be fooled by the location of the hotel as its in transportation area surrounded with trucks and was very dusty. We were upset seeing the surrounding but inside the hotel is absolutely nice with good spacious clean rooms. We thought the trucks will make it noisy but surprisingly it was very quiet.||The staff was also very helpful . The food was really nice and homey. We ordered room service and also the breakfast buffet. ||Would highly recommend the hotel specifically for transit or business purposes

Location:- Located on the outer side of Gwalior, Near transport nagar, Not the best location for a hotel i would say but the other things make up for this. HOTEL:- This is a Newly Constructed Hotel in Gwalior. The staff is really friendly and professional. The Rooms are really good to stay in. Nice clean and fresh. The A/C on the other hand does not seem to be working properly even after changing rooms. PARKING :- Ample parking space is available for cars outside the hotel.

A new hotel, opened 4 months back. Had a great experience. Buffet breakfast was nice. Rooms has all the basic amenities. Rooms are well maintained & staff at reception is good.|Being a Discover member I was offered complimentary soft beverages.|Thank you for the hospitality and will visit again soon.

Inside the room was nice, well equipped, comfortable. But my room had NO WINDOW! If you are ok with that, it's nice. Front office and housekeeping tried to charge consumption from mini bar, which was not done at all. Be careful on their billing. Breakfast was nice and healthy. Vegetarian options were good enough. Room service is very very expensive Location is not so good, though very near to the highway and easy to locate from a moving car. But it's quite outside the city and very very very dusty. Overall, high priced for the value offered
