My Stay at Radisson of was exceptional. From the greet at the entrance hall to the bell boy and then at reception , the service was amazing. A staff at the main desk, they were so helpful and very customer orientated making sure that my stay was very comfortable. Thank you .The rooms were spotless and the attention to detail was on point. The location for me was good but the preference will be yours. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast team was sharp and always on the move to service the patrons. I will definitely stay here again.

I recently booked a hall at Radisson for a party, and overall, the experience was quite good. The venue itself was nice, and the food quality was impressive. The hospitality and services provided by the Radisson team met expectations. However, one major issue I faced was with the event management services. Radisson currently offers only one or two fixed event managers you must choose from when booking the hall for parties. I opted for Mr. Praveen Malik, and unfortunately, that turned out to be a poor decision. Mr. Malik was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behavior. His services were also quite expensive -- which wouldn't have been a problem if the quality matched the cost. But the stage setup and overall arrangements were below par and he have only 2,3 option for the stage background .The DJ he provided lacked basic equipment like a proper laptop station or a connection point for tablets, even though I had informed him in advance about our requirements. In my opinion, Radisson should seriously reconsider their association with Mr. Praveen Malik. Either they should discontinue their tie-up with him and find a more competent event manager or, better yet, allow customers the flexibility to bring in their own event managers. This would greatly improve customer satisfaction and uphold Radisson's reputation for quality and service. Thank you.

I booked Radisson Gwalior expecting a top-notch five-star experience based on its big name and promises. The rooms and the restaurant were fantastic in terms of design and ambiance, but sadly, that's where the positives ended for me. The WiFi speed was so low --after numerous calls and even raising my voice in frustration, someone finally came to fix it. The room key cards kept resetting if placed near a mobile phone, forcing me to trudge downstairs repeatedly to get them reactivated. I stayed for five days, and from the second day onward, a foul stench began seeping from the bathroom. No one could explain why. They offered a room change, but we'd already unpacked, so they installed an overpowering lemongrass diffuser instead. It stank up the entire room, making sleep impossible. As "compensation," they offered a free room service dinner. I opted for the restaurant buffet instead and thought I'd cleared this with the staff, but at the end, they only gave me 50% off the bill. Who does that after inviting both of us--who endured this ordeal--for a complimentary meal? The only saving graces were two staff members. Mamta genuinely seemed to care about my experience and tried to help. Sneha at the restaurant was a gem--every morning, she prepared hot water with lime and honey for my sore throat, ensuring we felt looked after. They were the only bright spots in an otherwise dreadful stay. I expected so much more from Radisson despite the impressive rooms and restaurant setting.
