Park Inn by Radisson, Gwalior

I had a fantastic experience at Park |The rooms were comfortable, the service was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to Mr. Ravindra and Mr. Anukul at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Their warm and welcoming nature, along with their attention to detail, truly made a difference. They made us feel like valued guests at every meal. Overall, a wonderful stay! Additionally, the location near DB Mall was the cherry on top, making everything even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Anjali at the front desk was very courteous and helped allotting a room with a balcony on a higher floor. Not much view but nice and breezy. |Most of the staff at the reception, restaurant and security were nice and helpful.|Property is across the road from Gwalior Jn station, which is huge plus. Small property but nest and clean.|Buffet has limited choices and quality of some dishes can improve for sure.|M.Mushir in the restaurant went out of the way to get some veggie dishes cooked for me. Appreciate it.

Loved the Food and ambiance . MR. Nikesh was very warm. Hospitality was good. I recommend tea. It was fresh and aroma was full of life. The balcony is warm . Enjoyed our evening there. If you are coming by train, book your stay here . Its very convenient and luxurious.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience. While the spread was limited, the taste was exceptional, and the variety was sufficient to cater to different preferences. The service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a smooth dining A special mention to the staff for their attentiveness, especially Omesh, who prepared an excellent egg omelet. Keep up the great work! The best thing about this hotel is its location. Exactly in front of Railway station departure. Away from hustle bustle of traffic. All the facilities are good. But service is little bit slower than expected. Backyard has no view, which is junkyard. AC needs to be checked. Rest was all upto the expectations.

Had an amazing experience and stay here. Located conveniently next to DB mall, and within 10 minutes of landmarks such as Gwalior Fort and Jai Vilas Mansion. The service at the restaurant is excellent and they will accommodate to all your needs.
