OYO Hotel Surbhi

Will not complain if motive is just to spend night, feel good factor is missing there. They provide used water bottles again and again. Atleast we deserve a fresh water bottle for what we are paying.

This Hotel Surbhi is near by(CM Rise padmaraje girls H.S. school Gwalior part 1, Kampoo lashkar gwalior) you will get the hotels easily however please don't go directly they will charge you with a huge amount like i have paid 1400 rs rent of the Oyo hotel Surbhi the actual amont on the oyo website is of 451 for a day 12pm to 11 Am i have done my checkin around 5 am to 6 pm even then also i have to pay total of 902 rs rent of the room with all amenities still they have charge a huge amount from me only for a single day even thought they have ask the ID of all the members you are travelling with. So, please give only single person id if you are travelling with your family you don't have to give the id of all the people you are travelling with it not required if you travel from more then 3 day then only give the id of every person otherwise not required.

The rooms are big and clean ...hotel seems to be a old style one with old style door, window, tables and wordrobe. The list is also very old but working. I think we are the only guest that time, maybe because of the location. For me the location is very good as it is nearby my old house but for tourists it was a little far from all the usually visited places of Gwalior. The only issue I found is the water taps and bathroom accessories are not working properly. I love to visit this place again in my next trip, may they will renovate it . Will review again after my next trip.

This hotel is situated in Naya Bazaar, Lashkar area of Gwalior which is a market place. Gwalior is not a very big city so all important locations are well within reach.||||Pros:||||1. Inexpensive. Air-conditioned rooms were available at meager rates.||2. Well-maintained rooms and toilet. Everything worked, from flush, taps, shower, television, aircon, phone, elevator, etc.||3. Warm staff. The owner is really considerate and helpful.||4. You can leave your goods even if your check-out time is over.||5. Food was amazing. Initially we thought it was expensive but after receiving we found it was good quality food.||6. Decent wi-fi.||||Cons:||||1. No parking. We didn't take any vehicle so it didn't matter to us.||2. Not all food items on the menu are available all the time. They didn't have Paneer dish in lunch.||3. Market noise creeps in although a lot of it is cut-off.||4. TV didn't have full DTH pack subscription but all the major channels were subscribed.||5. You have to use mosquito repellent as there were few mosquitoes. The hotel provides it.||6. AC didn't have remote so no temperature control.||||Overall for the price and location, this hotel is very good and I would like to stay there again if I visit the city.

Courteous service. Good yet inexpensive food. Has no car parking facility but you may park your car in front of the hotel on the main road during the day, if you are going to need it. At any other time, specially at night, the owner allows and encourages the boarders to park their cars inside his securely walled residence, complete with round the clock watchmen, located just few buildings away. ||||On the downside it is located far from the station or from the airport, so may be difficult to reach.

It's located in a market place, close to eateries and is well connected. The place is clean and staff are cordial. Rooms are ok and reasonable with respect to the price charged. It's an old establishment so most of the autowalas running from the Gwalior station know it's location. Food is ok in quality. WiFi strength is weak.

This a good place when u r on a sight seeing trip. Good rooms with clean bathroom. Veg Food is excellent (room service). Staff is good. a good budget hotel overall. ||Its an old property; if you are looking for a smart modern hotel, dont opt for it. else its a good option.

Not worth the money we pay to them. Intercoms not working. Washrooms dirty. Flush not working. Leaking taps. Very Dirty potty seats. Don't change the towels on regular basis. Reception staff is not supportive at all. Charge more then the rooms & service deserves.
