Narayanam Hotel - Best Hotel in Gwalior

Average stay at Hotel Narayanam. Food quality is good, but room service is painfully slow - had to call multiple times for basic amenities. Cleaning could be better too. Considering the issues, it doesn't feel like a 3-star hotel. If you're looking for a no-frills stay with decent food, it might work. But if you expect better service, you might be disappointed.

Rooms are okayish, housekeeping service too slow, you would have to call multiple times even if you just want your blanket changed or any other small task. The location is not quite at City center but if you got a car, the place is quiet and you wouldn't have a problem in the commute. The restaurant serves good quality food at normal rates. Would suggest to try "Narayanam Special Non Veg platter"

Its a good place. Helpfull staff and nice location. They have a good parking space right infront of the hotel. Rooms are clean and are of good size.

Rooms should more clean. Staff is resistive towards giving better room. They try to give old, unpleasant, unclean rooms but after some haggling we get a descent one. Food tasty, people are helpfil and even quite near to every tourist site

We had booked twenty rooms and our experience was very good. Thank you all the staff and the staff is very professional. The front office staff was great, Thank you so much.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay in the hotel narayanan . Location of hotel is very good and rooms are also very spacious . We were on an official visit to cover Tansen Sanaroh for National Channel , for that we booked hotel on phone through Reception . The staff at Reception were very cooperative , commited and pleasantly well mannered . The food was very nice and tasty. Overall a nice experience of peaceful stay Thanks

Horrible Hotel Booking Experience - I had an absolutely pathetic experience with this hotel booking. I was shocked to find that my reservation was either not recorded properly or completely ignored by the manager Mr. Yogesh. He was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, refusing to assist in resolving the issue. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I refused to stay and immediately booked another hotel. This was a complete waste of time. I would strongly advise against booking this place unless you want to experience stress and inconvenience. Although the property is good and I stayed here some times but most of the employees working here are very unprofessional and rude.
