Magpie Inn Hotel & Resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Magpie Inn, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were not only professional but genuinely welcoming. The check-in process was seamless, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and luxurious. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. Also, the hotel has a swimming pool which is amazing. The staff across all departments were outstanding--always polite, attentive, and ready to assist with a smile. They truly made me feel valued as a guest. The location of the hotel was little far away from the main city markets as the area is on developmental phase. You have to rely on private autos and taxis which were promptly arranged by the hotel staff. Special thanks to the reception desk to cater all our requests. Overall, my stay at Magpie Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning for future visits!

The Hotel rooms and environment is so clean, good, it's so relaxing, nice campus, staff and reception person were so friendly and thier behavior was so professional. You can get homely food experience. Swimming poll also available. Special part of the hotel is the location, it's not crowded place, you can experience calm environment.

I recently attended a major wedding event at this venue and had a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise against choosing this place for a good wedding. On the sangeet night, the stage broke, causing a minor accident. Fortunately no one was seriously hurt in the accident. The owner/maintainer was extremely unprofessional, refusing to take responsibility and even arguing with the event manager over electricity issues. Despite hosting 3-day wedding events here, the ground where food services were set up remained dimly lit for the first two days. Shockingly, the decor used was repurposed from a previous wedding at the resort. It felt like certain aspects of the events were compromised just to save on electricity and other costs. The owner/maintainer's unprofessional behavior and attitude were highly disappointing, making it difficult for even the staff to take action without his approval. The only saving grace was the excellent food, managed by a great food department, who were incredibly kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, the unprofessional leadership overshadowed the efforts of the hardworking staff.

Terrible service at the resort for the wedding events I attended. And the resort owner is super rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Strongly recommend against using this resort for your events if you want them to be a success.

It was a good stay with MagpieInn Hotel I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The hotel's location was ideal, but on the outskirts of Gwalior. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Nice location and cosy environment perfect place for marriage ceremony

It's a wonderful stay, specious room with all modern amenities and situated at prime location.

The whole experience was a nightmare, no service which caused bathroom to stink, AC not working in many rooms, rooms leaking and not livable in rains. Bad food and no body cared a damn for guest comfort. The management was out of bounds most of the time. Pathetic place
