HOTEL THE VINAYAK

The staff's hospitality is so good. The breakfast spread had such a variety of items, even including fasting items. The people treat you very well. The hotel is centrally located. It's quite close to the railway station. The rooms are spacious. The only thing that should be improved is the bathrooms. They are small and smelly. Rest everything was worth every penny.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Review: Vinayak Hotel, Gwalior My recent stay at Vinayak Hotel in Gwalior was a mixed experience. The biggest letdown was the poor professionalism at the front desk--the staff there seemed untrained and lacked basic courtesy, which made check-in and other interactions quite frustrating. On a positive note, the breakfast and dinner services were commendable. The quality of food was decent and the service staff at the restaurant were polite and attentive. The supporting staff across the hotel were well-mannered and helpful, which added some comfort to the stay. One major drawback is the lack of parking facilities--despite their claims, there is no proper arrangement, and it's misleading for travelers who are driving in. Overall, while the hotel has some redeeming qualities, especially in terms of hospitality from the non-front desk staff, it certainly needs serious improvement in professionalism and infrastructure.

The Hotel is conveniently located and is on the main road. The breakfast buffet is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. The bed linen is often dirty. The bathrooms need an upgrade. The tiles of bathroom are mostly dirty and unhygienic.

Very nice experience. Highly recommended, the entire ambience smells so good. Rooms are near and clean and provide all basic requirements tho I don't like the wash room it's very small with Dirty old dusting. So kindly put some nice dustbin. Also there parking area is too small but the guard is there to help u, especially the morning guard is a gentle man. Last but not least they provide free breakfast and there buffet area is superb clean 5star rating for the breakfast and the staff which are there so sweet they give you homely feeling. So if you are planning to go gwalior...you can this hotel. Suggestion:keep sleepers, put doormat,put extra towel

The staff are friendly and helpful. Setting up a bar and something similar to a disco on the roof of the hotel, where loud music is played until one o'clock in the morning and then tables are moved, is a completely stupid idea. Sleep was out of the question.

Good if paying less than 1000rs /day. Fake reviews. Oyo rooms hotel. Don't stay if going with family. Torn sheets, dirty patches on bed sheets and covers. They changed 3 sheets and still this is the result. No parking. Park on the road at night else they will wake you up at 6:00am to take out your car.

Food was very nice! Recommended it to everyone. Amazing and ver friendly staff members
