A Pleasant Surprise with Great Food and Service Hotel Suruchi turned out to be a wonderful surprise! I wasn't expecting much at first, but once we checked in, everything exceeded expectations. The service is commendable, and their pure veg food is truly famous -- a must-try if you're in Gwalior. However, there's room for improvement in the breakfast department. The options were limited to poha, puri sabji, idli sambar, and some watermelon -- which often ran out after 9:30 AM. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a refill. Adding more variety and ensuring better availability would really elevate the experience. Overall, a great stay with excellent food and service. Just a little tweak in breakfast, and it'll be perfect!

It's very disheartening to see such unprofessional and least intersted staff. People visit hotels to celebrate their big events and being negative like 'we can no arrange sofa at this place' is no acceptable when you are charging a decent amount. Better you improve your staff service. And be a little open for the services which actuly matters and improve your customer base .

I have booked the hotel for my sister's wedding and trust me they have host fantastic wedding arrangements decoration and there service everything was best even 7star hotel can't provided facilities and support like them they have PHD in Taste And management one of the best place to book for functions in gwalior
