My stay in this hotel is worst as the services are very poor .. the staff is not cooperative .. they don't fulfill the requirements of the customer..

Very nice hotel near gwalior railway station.

Rooms were not at its best, pretty unsanitary. Service was mid and location is good. It is a good place to arrange a small birthday party or get together. It is too small for a huge marriage function. Food was good and rooms and halls were cool which helped during these hot summer days.

Visited here to attend one marriage ceremony......it does not have sufficient space to accommodate a gathering of 300 people....ACs are not working properly and feel suffocated in the basement where food is served

The place is pretty big and spacious. Rooms are also big and airy unlike some other higher priced hotels in Gwalior. Ceiling is also very high and a large window, so no cramped feeling inside the room.|Bed, Corner Table, Working Table with Chair, Small table for dining with two couches, refrigerator, AC, garbage bin and doormat provided. The room was equipped with old style lighting i.e. hanging lamp, wall mounted lamp. A cupboard is available with adequate room for your belongings, it also has a big mirror.||Washroom was clean, has bath tub, garbage bin, a bucket and WC. ||The best part of my stay was room service. It was great. Food prices are also pretty affordable unlike many other hotels. Food taste was excellent. Service is very fast. I want water in night at around 1 - 1:30 PM and called reception. Even on that time the person with water arrived without any delay. 5 stars for service.||Now why i deducted 1 star?|Room Lighting needs to be improved, it is a bit dull, needs brighter lights.|Bed was super soft and comfy but the pillows are just opposite to the bed. Pillows were a bit hard.|Power outlet is not there near the bed, and they also are of old style. My charger doesn't fit properly and struggled a bit to charge my phone there.|In toiletries, they provide toilet paper role and 2 soaps and shampoo sachet. They can include a body lotion and a body wash by reducing one soap and one shampoo sachet, as everyone is doing these days.|||Overall, the place is good, worth spending some time here, food and room service were key highlights.
