Hotel Silver Oak

Low cost hotel located in good location in city centre. The food and service is not very good. I don't know who gave them 3-star hotel category, it's not a star hotel, just budget hotel.

Hotel is very nice, located in a very nice location staff is very friendly and supportive,food is also very nice. Rooms and washrooms are very neat and clean hotel hall's is very well managed ,hotel owner is very kind .I have stayed here and done a party here I am very happy with everything and satisfied. Keep it up

Hotel staff Was not helpful, also they are giving the false commitment. I have book the CAB from the hotel side, but MR Vijay not.giving the Cab bill on time. When we have visited the hotel he is saying that there is GST issue so bill not given. Also the room quality is not good and terrif so high. AC is not working, cleaning issue. Breakfast charge excluded. Very worst experience

Most worst hotel in Gwalior. Service is too bad. Room n bath rooms worst. No basic services in this hotel Also Worst management n staff. No safety No hot water Room rent too high. Ac not working Management Wil hide all bad reviews.

Rooms are ok but not provided hot water in Winter time., rooms not cleaned Daily., if any problem inform to staff not respond., not worth to stay here....

Maine is hotal m ring ceremony party ki khana very very tasty or vegetarian and good location and parking facilities is very good and staff bhi accha h

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in my life... The staff members specially the guy in the reception is just greedy for the payment after that they don't care of anything. The power cut is the main issue that has happened repeatedly being it day or night. The AC in the room was getting tripped everytime when the load of the hotel is increased.They even don't have a power generator in the hotel. Being repeated told to recharge the setup box they ignored it like anything.The bathroom was even dirty. I don't know for what they had charged me Rs 1500/- per day. I don't know who had given this hotel the permission to run such stay hotel in Gwalior.Don't ever plan to stay in this hotel that will reuin your vacation. The Worst hotel experience that I had faced in life. Not even capable of giving any star to this hotel...
