Hotel Shelter

Very Bad Experience. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. We accidentally left our ID cards at the hotel, and when we called, they initially said they had found one. However, they stopped answering our calls after that, and we had to keep calling from different numbers to get through. Later, they claimed that even the one card they had found was lost. When we tried to question them, they abruptly cut the call. The staff was very careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Donot fall prey to this hotel. The online photos are deceiving and 180 degree away from what you think. Poorest management and no care for service request was entertained. It looks no one bothered to provide a service. From the moment I booked the hotel they made me wait at the reception for almost an hour. There after the room they gave me was stinking badly and cleaning was not done at all. The wooden floor had old marks which they argued was mopped but could not be removed. When I took a piece of cloth and soap I could easily clean. Hot water was not available. I had to push them for half an hour that they provided me the tub of water. Blanket cover had to be replaced after I pointed that it had stains and dirt. Photos tell the story. I paid 2000 for the night after I got an offer on MMT, Else on the counter they were asking me 2500 for the night. Please avoid this hotel, if you need peace of mind.

The rooms are not up to the standards. Lowkey rooms and services.No water in bathrooms at morning. Even after informing them, Waited almost 3 hrs to get water. Rate was high

This Hotel & Service very Awesome there is cultural staff service way of taking very sweet and lovely. I'm suggest for all other traveler family please visit once this hotel and enjoy your trip.

Very bad management no washroom flash work AC not work properly room service phone dead tv also out of order dust every where bed sheet aren't clean charges are expensive

The rooms are super dirty in unorganised. Towels were not provided. No water was serve. I left my items in the room. When I asked them, they said they have not found it.

only the food served in the hotel is awesome rest all is the worst rooms cleaning and sanitization is never done filled with cockroach and flies

Hotel location is good around 1 KM from the Railway station. Hotel Room Size is good but Condition is very poor. Service is pathetic, For a glass for Water I have to wait for 3 HRs after 3 calls I got Water for drinking.If you are coming for relaxing Please think over it, As main problem is they have very Antic Indoor Air conditioning which makes a loud noise. Washroom are not clean. Very poor service
