Best place in gwalior for stay....the staff is to friendly nature ....they provide all facilities like a 5 star. Highly recommend

Not good, no dining, no lobby, food was serving from kitchen in rooms, table in room very small not enough for 2 person, TV provide only free channels, house keeping also not good, only vegetarian food, no bar . Below average hotel and v small place, no parking . For MAke my trip it is below standard.poor response from Reception . stay there for three days in December 2024 ask for cuts short the trip not allowed by property owner even though MMT was agreed

Nice location,good rooms ..bit small in size hence bag storage)opening issue.No restaurant but they have kitchen and give room service,breakfast was nice.We faced water shortage problem but attended on priority.

Very good location but very badly maintained property. Bathrooms are dirty and shower is not working. Taps seems like they have not been cleaned in years. Definitely can improve cleanliness of the property.

The worst hotel service..The hotel manager was very rude. We forgot our charger in the room and checked out. We went back to ask the same but they didn't let us check the room even though there was no guests.

Wrost Experience ever Reception staff were very rude They treat you like you are going to do some crime there . Not couple friendly avoid this hotel !

Arrived early at the hotel they told me to wait for 2 hr , even after prior booking.
