This hotel is really very good in hospitality . The environment of hotel Sara's really fantastic, when you're in saya ,saya will always feel you like that you're in heaven ..... It's one of most amazing place have I ever visit....

This is very nice hotel and nice locality. The staff was very helpful and supportive too.

The hotel is good, only the location doesn't have a great view like Taj Mahal and Taj Lands end sea facing views....They have Aer which is a rooftop hotel with amazing food and music. Comfortable beds and clean toilets. The food is yummy. over all a good 5 star hotel.

I booked for my son's birth day party but they cancelled at the last movement stating that we have a ring ceremony program so please move your birth day party to other hotel. Unfair practice.
