The food here is very good. I don't feel like leaving again after coming here once. I am very happy. I liked the service here very much.

The hotel service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, exceeding our expectations for a memorable stay.

Nightmare experience, - the room is very small - food very limited options and also served uncooked - shady people partying all night on loud music and hotel authority couldn't do much . - in midnight people were drinking and shouting yelling disturbing others too. -even after complaining multiple times it continued and we couldn't sleep. - unsafe for female travellers - people are not helping in nature

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed till date in my life.... Very small sized rooms, No ventilation due to which earlier's visitor smoking smell kept circulating in the room even after several sprays, Unnecessary high charges, Ordered food which was Very very costly & was delivered after 1:15 hour, Allotted room on 2nd floor, Lift was not working....My father kept facing problem as he has severe problem in his knees.... And lift was not working.Also they themselves deny to book on their own provided kit when this hotel was opened new and told that for booking room on kit they should have been informed one week ago even there was no such condition mentioned in the Kit.However service staff is polite & Cooperative. I dont recommend this hotel ever.

Hotel Maxsun has always been the best choice for Quality Room, good food and party banquet hall. One should give it a try. The staff is well groomed. I would like to Thank Mr. Rakshit Gupta for providing the best service in Gwalior.

So booked this hotel through a travel agent because nothing was available as the National Convention on Quality Management was going on. Pathetic hotel situated in a narrow lane of a busy market place.The room hadn't been cleaned properly as it was still reeking of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper. Room walls were dirty with torn wall paper. Stained bedsheet and soiled pillow case Even after asking for four times they couldn't arrange a bottle of chilled soft beverage and got a 2 ltr bottle which was not even chilled. After repeatedly asking for good night which they couldn't provide they sent mosquito repellent incense which I am allergic to. And they charged 7800 rupees for a night for this horrible hotel....Daylight robbery !

It's a very good hotel, with great hospitality & ambience. My engagement function is also done from here, this hotel make my function memorable.

Amazing hotel with all facilities n good staff.must visit and enjoy the trip with friends or family.
