Hotel Landmark, Gwalior

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely uncooperative and spoke in a rude and loud manner. When we arrived, the cleaning was not even completed, despite the agreed check-in time. Instead of taking responsibility, they falsely claimed that we arrived early. Additionally, the pricing discussed over the phone was completely disregarded once we reached the hotel--they changed their words entirely. The staff's behavior throughout was unprofessional, and despite the delays on their end, we were not compensated in any way. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and prompt in providing room service. Hotel is very close to gwalior railway station.

We visited with family, Food: Delicious and flavorful dishes. The menu offered a wide variety, and portions were generous. Service: Friendly staff, but service was slightly slow and inattentive at times. Ambiance: Cozy atmosphere, clean and well-maintained. Overall: Great food, but room for improvement in service. Would recommend it to cuisine enthusiasts.

Was on a two day business trip. Positives 1. No unpleasant surprises in the room 2. Decent food and a wonderful experience in the Swad restaurant due to the staff especially Mr.Leeladhar who was amazing and a great example of how to make people feel special. Negatives 1. A little dated in terms of ambience and decor 2. An unpleasant manager on the morning duty who insisted that the Sunday morning was going to be very busy and shot down my request for a late check out. He was perfectly within his rights to deny my request but the way in which it was done makes me wonder if I will come here again.

Pathetic service provided by the hotel. We had to change the room thrice. First they allotted a room with dirty linen, stinky room. Then we shifted to another room with a broken bed, with hue and cry with drunk 7-10 boys in the room opposite to us. We had to again shift the room at 11:30 pm at night. Do not recommend a stay here at all.

Very nice ambience, near to Railway station & DD mall, neat room, testy food.cooperative staff.

Rooms are congested. When requested to change the room, reception guy(In morning) said that they have only space in sweet room and asked to pay 8k per day for sweet room (where the radison provides its rooms for 7400/-). There is a poor network of wifi, when we informed the same to reception they suggested us to keep the main door open for better signal .

We take dinner on 27.03.2025 food quality is very poor dal makhani very low quality,dam aloo not up to the mark jeevansathi rice very poor quality soup quality was poor starter paneer Tika not up to the mark .very bad experience.
