I attended an event at this hotel and was shocked by the poor service. The food was subpar--bland, cold, and clearly not freshly prepared. Even worse, some staff members were visibly intoxicated and completely unprofessional. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and poorly managed. This is not what you expect from a hotel hosting events. I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a special occasion.

Never book this hotel for any event. Mannerless and rude staff. Better go for any other hotel or restaurant nearby.

Room service is very poor. People don't come even 1-2 call. Water heater not working Bath fitting are very poor. Cleaning not done timely. TV set doesn't work.

Very bad experience I ever faced today The food was tasteless with low quality and quantity in comparison with high price thats why we are expecting discount through previlage member ship card issued by this hotel Hotel Owner Shubham Mishra committed for previlage card discount at the time of booking but denied by Hotel Manager Vikram Kushwaha at the time of payment and also talking like goons. Previlage Membership card is a scam feel cheated

Management not focusing on quality and maintenance. I stayed for 4 days and also booked 2nd and 3rd floor all rooms for functions, but the condition was too bad Lift button and the Lift sensor not functioning. Staffs also smoke on the 3rd floor. They also do not provide room keys, they open most of the rooms with a master key. So many times, our guests, suffer because of the hotel's bad service and hospitality. Also, I notice they are no installed fire safety sensors in all rooms, even the patrol pump having in the next building. I never recommend this type of hotel again, If the Hotel owner will take it seriously on my comment, they will take action against management and focus on the hotel. Good Wishes

Had a very bad experience with my family. Few drunken people were fighting in the bar at ground floor when we entered the hotel. On the third floor near the room all dirty laundry was scattered... Bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty... So much dust on the chairs in room... Bathroom floor was dirty and in morning there was no hot water supply in bathroom and the lift was not working. The manager is not doing his duty properly. With all bad facilities they are charging so high rate for a room.

Don't have an option to put Zero Star. Stayed there for 2 nights and booked via Make My Trip. Unfortunately didn't check the reviews before booking. Fake ratings of 4 Star and don't have facilities to cater even a 1 Star. Staff tries to be cooperative but property is in bad shape. I would recommend to book any other 2 star hotel instead of this. MMT offers Buffet breakfast but they serve in room limited breakfast which takes ages to deliver. Rooms are clean but they smell like hell. No parking space available. Ramp is in bad condition. Tried to reach out to MMT but they couldn't resolve the issue as well. Bathroom handle broken, no hot water and shower doesn't work. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY.
