Room cleaning is very bed condom found in drawer Staff is very bed Food quality and name also not known

Literally service is very worst!! There is tv but not working and it is broken in every single room. Washroom is also very dirty, even toilet flush was broken. They are not providing AC remote, fan regulator not working, and the socket is broken. They is a wifi, but it not working There is a lift too but it doesn't work. The staff voice are coming from outdoor at the late night. The staff are smoking.

The food was pathetic and there is no water in the room. Please don't take that room

Worst hotel i haved stayed

Bed was dirty. Appliances were not working. Bathroom taps were not working, even toilet flush was broken. Provides shady kind of feeling. No dishes were available which we tried to order from menu.

This Hotel is awesome! In The city of Gwalior. The staff was so good and professional. Even the arrangements and decoration was beautifully done. Decent rooms with affordable prices. Close to all the main spots of the city. Need a renovation only.. otherwise everything is good.
