Rooms are good but no one take any responsibility for correction any thing even AC not working Tv also not working no extra facilities hot water is not available food is very costly room service is little but good but nothing complimentary

Very bad experience. Paid 1800rs per night. The room lacked basic amenities like TV subscription. It was not activated even after repeated reminders to the manager there. Quality of food in their restaurant is also not good according to price coz price is very high. There is no door knob in washroom and electricity wire fitting is not proper in washroom .

Nice place to stay at Gwalior. Situated in main area. Neat & clean and secured place to stay. Rooms are also well maintained. Staff is very cooperative and humble. And specially owner self address customer problem if any. In my opinion stay at this place is value for money deal. Thanks!

Service is good, clean and tidy rooms. However if you are charging 50 Rs for one PIECE of butter with Aloo Parantha which should be complimentary then it says a lot about hospitality. Hotel staff is nice and courteous.

Hi, it's reflection of what I experienced, reception was ok took normal time to complete check in process, dissatisfied when enter into room it having old furniture's , Tv cabinet, bathroom walls needs paint, towel faded and smelling, absent of essential toiletries and uncomfortable bed. I feel they need to go for renovations to meet the today customer requirements and to justify cost charging for one night. It's old property and on same price other new hotels are better options.

Best experience in Gwalior. Literally i have stayed in almost all good hotels in the city but this one has an unique affinity with the customers. Superb Ambience Supportive staff I stayed here, had no issues and infact i forget some stuff here, these people sent it through courier. 10 star ...

Very well located Hotel with nice service staff. The Stay was comfortable nice and clean rooms with good but limited eating options. They offer laundry service also however it takes 24 hr to get back ur cloths. Overall with the amount they charge a good stay

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen in gwalior The staff's behaviour is very bad he asked me for extra money every time and the room was very dirty The food was not up to the mark there are many good hotels in jayendra gunj please don't go hotel City palace
