Hotel Centella

Overall ambience of the hotel is good. I was there recently with family members over a dinner. The starters were good. The dinner was satisfactory. More attention required and there is a scope of improvement. The service part also requires attention. Quite near to the Gwalior railway station. The surrounding area is also good. Overall all grading 3.8.

Looking at negative reviews i was in doubt. I personally talked to the hotel on my concerns and finally decided to book. Rooms are really good and maintained. No open windows and it's centrally ventilated. The food is good, the quantity is more than normal. Service was good and nothing to complain about. Maybe as the Bundelkhadi tone is high, people might have taken it otherwise. But the hospitality was good. Nice parking with 24x7 watchman.

I had stayed for 3 days. Room was okay but AC was not cooling properly. Food quality is good but issue with room service. Reception staff behavior was very rude and even not ready to entertain any request.

Manager Mr. Shwetank and reception staff is very humble and well behaved. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is near by railway station. And Safety is good.

Location-is near to railway station but it isn't bothersome,DB mall is also nearby,which means one can get variety of food from economic food options near to railway station and restaurant/cafe in mall,even the hotel itself has restaurant but we didn't try the food there as we wanted to explore outside.Ample amount of parking space is available. Rooms are very spacious,beds were warm ,cozy and comfortable,although room had some damp smell which went away once we switched on the AC The staff were welcoming and courteous,the wifi worked fine.

1) room service will take 30-40mins 2) cockroach will come faster than your order... that too over bed. 3) exhaust is louder than fire crackers. 4) Room Menu has Non-Veg options but Hotel become pure veg overnight. 5) No Handtowel, No Toiletteries. God bless to all who opt for this hotel.

I have left my 2 sets of trouser and shirt during last visit on 27 Nov 24 at Centella. I realised on 17 Dec 24 that it's in hotel. Appreciate the housekeeping and staff who has kept my stuff with the hotel custody. On request they have sent the same thru courier to me at Pune. I appreciate once again to the team Centella. A small request if any guest left the item in hotel, they should immediately call customer and inform them, not to wait for customer to call back. Thank You very much for honesty they showed to customer.

We are stating with room no 407&408 Required Improved as bellow 1.Bathroom Water flow is very slow 2.No sign of Hot water and cold water 3.Hot water also not hot 4.Electric cattle with bed smell
