Horrible experience. Rooms and wash rooms filthy No change of linen when I checked in, had to insist to change, even then towel seemed used.

Awesome place good location good service and good food are the SOP of this hotel. I can't imagine such a professionalism at gwalior. Staff is very supportive and prompt at service. Location os this hotel is very near to the city center and old market. So you have of things to do in your free time as well. Food preparations are very nice and pure veg. Food is offered in a very hygienic way . I have spend almost 13 days here and I am very happy with the staff the way they are treating guests. Manager mr. Pathak is very nice person and very experienced too as he worked in many named hotels. He is really a gentleman with a blend of professionalism.
