Staff Assistance: There are instances where staff have gone out of their way to assist guests, such as helping with luggage and providing local guidance. Noise Levels: Rooms facing the main road or railway station can be noisy, potentially disturbing light sleepers.

The stay was really nice here, I would appreciate the food they served was good and customized the way we want for example we wanted no tomato uttapam they served the same way, I asked for very less oil only roasted chicken fried rice they served the same way, appreciate the initiative taken. I had just recovered from typhoid prior my travel to this hotel and was very anxious about food but seriously the food is good quality hence, I did not feel sick anytime I had food in this hotel. I got all the basic amenities in the room including a super comfortable couch on the executive deluxe room. Just small suggestion, please upgrade or repair the bathroom lights,door locks and office chairs. Rest all good experience in my 3 days stay.

No Bottles, Kettle and other basic necessities available. The price was high and staff was not responsive. The Rooms and location were good too.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ambiance in Gwalior for 5 nights with my family. Overall, it was a good experience in terms of ambiance and hospitality. The hotel staff was polite, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, which added to the pleasant stay. During our stay, we booked meals in the hotel twice, spanning 3 days. Initially, the food quality was satisfactory and well-prepared. However, on the 4th day, we faced a disappointing experience with the meal service. The rice served during lunch contained small foreign particles and hair, which was completely unacceptable. Upon raising a complaint, the staff replaced only the rice and not the entire dish, which was a letdown in terms of their responsiveness to the issue. I recommend future guests check their food thoroughly before eating. Despite this issue, the overall stay was enjoyable, and I hope the management works on improving their food service to ensure a better experience for all guests.

It offers comfortable accommodations, good amenities, and friendly service. Value for money. Restaurant is well maintained and served a variety of delicious food. This is completely unacceptable. **2. Temporary Room Quality:** When I was given a temporary room, it was very dirty, and there was no hot water in the washroom. Refreshing myself with cold water was quite difficult. **3. Room Availability Issue:** When I returned from the market at around midnight, I was informed that my original room had been given to someone else. As a result, I was asked to stay in the old temporary room for 4-5 more hours, which was very inconvenient. **4. Staff Professionalism:** The hotel staff was completely unprofessional. They were not supportive in resolving any issues. **5. Conclusion:** My experience with this hotel was very poor, and I would advise others not to stay here. Ultimately, I had to find another hotel at 1 AM. ---

I had organised a party at Hotel Ambience, the food was good, but there manager Kapil Sharma was unable to provide satisfactory and promised service to us. In decorations whatever i had asked for was not delivered and didn't got any satisfactory response when i took this issue with him about not completing the decorations, even though i had done most of the payment before the event and rest on the day of event to him.

Whistleblower Alert - Shocking Experience My friend with his family stayed at this hotel on November 14th, booking two rooms. Unfortunately, 4,000 went missing from his wallet after the staff requested for car keys for parking. Despite reporting the issue to Manager Kapil Sharma, his response was rude and dismissive. Additionally, he request for CCTV footage via email has been ignored. Unprofessional staff and poor customer service make this hotel highly unreliable. I strongly advise against staying here.
