The rooms was spacious and well maintained. The staff was also helpful and friendly. If you are travelling from another city then it is nearby the railway station. Overall i had a great experience here.

We have an engagement program here and taken 15 rooms. The behavior of the staff is very rude, especially the Manager at reception is very rude, rooms are Good but providing very late services( committed 15 rooms at 9am and provided till 1pm). Don't believe on Hotel Manager words . He will change in front of you. Not Good even for small function.

One of the best guest house which I visited till now. Room cleaniness is wonderful . There are two couples room which are fantastic. You can get breakfast, lunch, dinner at one phone call on your bed. Meals was very yummy . Staff behaviour is very helpful.

Was a very average guest house. when we checked in have to ask for basic amenities like soap and towel. But staff responded to it quickly. Room was very minimalistic, as we were expecting some proper facilities and service because we booked deluxe room. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful and polite. At end of our stay they allowed us to keep our language at reception till evening and let us sit at reception for another 1-2 hours as our train was late. Perfect for bachelors.

The hotel is close to the railway station, only 5 minutes walking. The rooms were very clean and good value for the price. The mattresses were new, thick and very comfortable. Management policy keeps the place quiet, so you get a good nights sleep. The staff were helpful and room service was prompt. The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was not very strong, better at Reception

Rooms are well spacious. Management is customer friendly. All the electric appliances, AC is in working conditions. Toilets/Washrooms are clean.

Location:||Location of this guest house is excellent, merely 5 minute walk from the platform number 4,5 exit of Railway station. One can also see the famous Gwalior narrow Gauge train by just walking outside the property main gate. Nice view of Gwalior fort. ||||Transportation:||It is near to Railway station and Padav square (A commercial hub), so transportation is easily available here. Ola Cab and Ola Autos are available within 5 minute reach most of the time.||||Rooms:||Rooms are clean, having LED Tv, Cable connection, Water container of i think 5ltr capacity, 2 glasses, ash tray, a working table, double bed, telephone, bedside counters and garbage bin. Bed is very comfortable. Bedsheet is old but clean.||||Washrooms:||Washroom is clean, has WC. Hot and Cold water available for shower as well as bucket use. Bucket, mug and a small stool is provided. Cream and Body & Hair wash is also provided, Doormat and garbage bin provided. Here again, the towel provided is old but washed very well and it was clean.||||Food:||Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the room (Complimentary breakfast also served in room).Taste was excellent, better than many highly priced hotels in Gwalior. Thali recommended as it has nice quantity for a great price.||||Overall Experience:||Had a good stay for 2 nights, staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are good and a working table is provided but lack of chair for that working table made it useless, Toilet paper and paper napkins are also not provided in the room, wifi also didn't worked for me . So one star deducted for this, wanted to give 4.5 but that option is not available. Will definitely recommend this place.
