Pros: Clean room Safe Cons: Location was far from main centre No auto wants to go there Kitchen gas was not working Owner was little unprofessional Overcharged food

A very clean and a well maintained property. But a lot of interference by the host. ||We stayed here for two nights with kids thinking that it will be a very nice experience as it's a private apartment with a kitchen. We had booked it after all our requirements were confirmed with Mr Pandey who apparently was the host. But once we reached there we were in welcomed by his wife and Mr Pandey was not there. ||The lady Mrs Pandey was so annoying that she only started her conversation by saying that lot of her stuff was stolen from the kitchen and that if we use anything it wud be counted and u have to justify the use of it. She just kept on enquiring the age of the kids and was worried that kids might break something. She even limited the use of electricity by saying that we should switch on only one light. There was no care taker at the property so anything that we used had to be washed on our own. There was a limitation in the use of electricity plus we didn't get any personal space as Mrs Pandey was there to interfere in every 1hr. ||On the next day to our surprise she even went to the extent of falsely accusing us of breaking the crockery by saying that she did hear the noise of a glass bowl falling down. And just to make it clear that she stayed on the ground floor and we were on the first floor. ||Though on all the hotel booking sites it is mentioned that the check out time is 1200hrs we were literally forced or thrown out at 1100hrs stating that there will be an added on charge for day if we don't check out at 1100hrs. ||And the cherry on the cake was that we were told to wash all the utensils before we leave the premises with a personal comment stating that this what u teach ur kids . ||Pathetic host , please think once again if u are travelling with your family. There is even a security amount which is kept before u check in as to make sure nothing is stolen or broken. And as claimed on the booking site no restaurant or breakfast service is available. As per Booking.com in breakfast u can have eggs but at time of check out we were told that eggs and non veg was not permitted as she came to know about it after checking the garbage bags.||Mr Pandey was even advised before booking that we would consume liquor but our surprise we were even accused of consuming liquor by Mrs Pandey as, as per her it was not permitted in the property. There is not even a helper, and specially if u are on a holiday it's not at all a holiday as u end up doing all ur chores ur self. ||Overall disgusting and a pathetic experience. ||||Please think a thousand times before u book it.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a calm experience. Place is sparkling clean,comfortable & secure. Pandey aunty who runs this place is very nice & welcoming. WiFi is available so work from here is also easier. Food arrangements is something you'll have to do on your own since its a little difficult for aunty to cook/arrange it on her own but Swiggy delivers so that wasn't issue for me. I recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: 1. The property is handled by Husband and wife, husband looks after the transaction over online and wife looks after the property. 2. Cleanliness 3. Just 2 to 3 km from the city, depending on where you want to go in the city. 4. Kitchen facility is available, on first come first serve basis. (With some extra payment) 5. The land lady, Manju Aunty, has a friendly gesture. 6. It is next to Vivekanand Nidam. 7. Place situation on a height, from the roof of the homestay you get a nice view. Cons: 1. There is no in house restaurant. ( But the land lady, if insisted by you, will arrange (out source) for tiffin system) 2. The property is located inside a housing complex, therefore there is no proper restaurants aur shops inside its 1-2 km vicinity. 3. The land lady repeatedly asks to switch off fans, close doors, etc . Which sometimes irritates you. 4. Though the place is very near to the city, many cab service refuses to go there. Thanks.

We had a good one evening stay here. The house was immaculate. Manju Pandey, is a good and chatty host. She was very friendly. She offered tea as a gesture though not part of the deal. One room has balcony , if you prefer. One suggestion, since the weather is really cold, a storage type heater would be advisable over the instant heaters. Also they are working on to install Wi-Fi soon.

Weird stay. You get locked inside after 9 pm by the home owner. The place is hard to find , the AC isn't working. Also the owner keeps boosting the review by giving 5 stars . The car parking is outside.

This is a beautiful homestay. The owners are very helpful and so accommodating you feel like you are in your own home. They go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Location is under construction . But once you reach there stay was very good. Aunty gives everything she promised. Beware just if you have plan to go out late night you inform Aunty as she locks door past 11pm. Over all good experience, ventilated, clean, room.
