Gamora Hotel

The hotel interior is pleasant to the eyes. My main reason for booking this was the free breakfast but they don't have their own kitchen. We had to order food from outsid,e rest the rooms are fine but there is a discrepancy about the type of rooms which you book and what is given. I still don't understand what is the difference between premium and standard ones. Staff was friendly.

Though the rooms look good in pictures, the stay is not done with attention to detail nor is maintained well. The bathroom had no door mat, was given used towels twice that had some stains from previous usages, pillow covers and blankets were dirty, bathroom fittings are at a height or in the wrong direction etc., They let us checkout 3 hours late with a fee of 500 rs, that was a + point but apart from that I'd suggest they need to work a lot on their service and hospitality and look for improvisation on lot of things.

Great hotel . But I thought they provided other room when you booked online. You should go to property and then book the room.

We booked a room with 3 guest occupancy for 3 days via Agoda at an afforable price. However, when we reported at the hotel, we were allocated a 2 guest room by mistake. When we pointed it out, they listened to us compassionately and tried their best to allocate a room by same day evening. When we requested for extra bed, they arranged it on time. Also breakfast for all of us were served to the room by 08:45 AM everyday. Rooms are cleaned everyday on request. Moreover, they agreed to keep our 8 bags in locker from the checkout time till our train departure. The only improvement point we noticed is that they distributed unsealed water bottles. Tha staff were very polite and amicable, everyone including the security, receptionist, service staff. One of the cleaning staff respectfully rejected the small tip I offered. We really enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is Stituated at Decent place, New Hotel, Rooms are clean, only needs little upgrade on linen, overall good Experience, GM of this Hotel ia Supportive, Must Stay if you are on business Trip.

Disappointed at not having food service at hotel only food delivery service. Don't believe those sites which tell you they have free breakfast.

Hotel Gamora is the best hotel to stay in Gwalior with neat and clean rooms. Stayed comfortably for 3 days . All facility are best
