7 Hills Resort

I recently stayed at and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of the supervisors. While the location and amenities were decent, the aggressive and unprofessional attitude of the supervisor completely ruined my experience. From the moment we checked in, their rude tone and dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome. Instead of addressing concerns politely, they responded with hostility, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. On one occasion, they even raised their voice at us over a minor request, which was completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. I expected better customer service from a resort of this reputation. It's unfortunate that one staff member's behavior can overshadow an entire stay. Unless management addresses such issues, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff are properly trained in handling guests professionally.

The stay was amazing, The rooms are neat and clean, The pool with waterfall is a killer combo which gives the feeling just dive into it! The food and staff is also good. Overall stay was pleasure, will surely book in our next trip. Thanks to 7 hills for making our stay wonderful!!

The 7 Hills Resort in Gwalior is a beautiful place with a serene ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The environment is peaceful, and the staff is courteous, making the stay comfortable. However, the food quality was just average and could use improvement to match the overall charm of the resort. A minor mishap occurred during my visit when I specifically requested tea without sugar but received it with sugar, reflecting a lack of attention to detail. While the resort excels in providing a tranquil experience, enhancing the dining experience and ensuring better service accuracy would make it truly exceptional.

I booked it for a day for a marriage function. My experience has been bad. No bellboy service to carry luggage. Noone picking up the service call on the reception when we were ringing from hotel rooms. There was no night service. They switched off lights in the garden mid night however the function was going on there. ACs were out of service for many rooms. Mattress were dirty. And many more problems. Only the look is attractive of this place.

I recently visited 7 Hills Resort in Gwalior with my friends for dinner, and it was a delightful experience. The dinner was absolutely delicious, offering great taste at very reasonable prices. The ambiance of the resort is charming, making it a perfect spot for family dinners or gatherings with friends. Additionally, the location is serene and ideal for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and a comfortable environment. Will definitely visit again!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and overall design added a touch of luxury. The food was a highlight--delicious, fresh, and served with care. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or a fine dining experience at their restaurant, every meal was memorable.

This very good place to stay as a couple or with family. Staff is so amiable. Services are too good and food is so delicious. One should try this place .
