We stayed 3 nights in a bungalow on a full-board basis whilst searching out the elusive Tiger in the nearby Bandhavgarh National Park ||Warm welcome at reception and then a longish walk through the ground to our bungalow - not opulent but comfortable - everything worked - comfy large bed - controllable air conditioning - fridge - hot drinks making facility - lots of space - bathroom - large - separate bath and shower - hanging and storage space - door leading to outdoor shower set in its own courtyard - bedroom - dual aspect - large windows - one looking out onto front courtyard - the other to a seating area and the grounds - the room was quiet and largely dark - Wi-Fi could only be accessed in reception ||Given that we were up at 5 for the am game drive and out again at 2.30 for the pm drive and with lunch and dinner to be fitted into this timetable - there was unfortunately little time or energy to experience the hotel's facilities - there is an inviting pool - there is a firepit for post dinner exchanges - unfortunately not used during our stay - extensive and interesting grounds - a spa - and a shop - that is well stocked and sells an extensive range of fetching facemasks that are needed to combat the levels of dust encountered on the game drives||There is a bar to dispense pre-dinner drinks.||The food was generally very good - breakfast was of the packed variety set out in the open on the bonnet of the game vehicle - lunch and dinner were buffets taken in a large dining room - excellent soups - good choice of veg and no-veg mains - and excellent desserts. ||This is a good hotel conveniently located for the Gates into the Park - no more than about 15 minutes or so from the furthest gate - it exudes hospitality with the staff being very attentive and engaging - we enjoyed our time and wished we had made more use of the facilities - thank you

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Everything to do with our game drives was well organised. The restaurant produced delicious food. Good buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Would stay there again. Well placed for the park.

We spent an idyllic couple of nights here whilst on safari.||Large comfortable rooms, great facilities (a lovely pool, badminton court and recessed fire pit courtyard).||On site staff were a delight. Polite courteous and amusing. ||Food was served buffet style and was exceptional (including a delicious carrot pudding).||Baloo (our driver/ guide on safari) was brilliant, working tirelessly & expertly, rewarding us with |exceptional views of "Dottie" the tigress and a closeup encounter with a leopard.||Wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!||Thank you so much

pretty, cozy, serene n peaceful place! The rooms are done up beautifully, simple yet elegant and the verandahs with the khatiya outside each cottage are so tranquil and inviting! food is great and staff is also very courteous and cooperative. the location is also close to the national park. don't miss the oats cookies served with tea there!

The rooms were extremely comfortable with all the required amenities. It what was exceptional was the staff - they went well beyond to ensure we were so well looked after and as for the food it was exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending this to any group or individual looking for a base to visit the national park.

Bungalow type accommodation, seating area front and rear with outside shower. (Shower inside as well). Ancient air con but not needed as mornings and evenings very cold. Electric fan heater in room came in very handy. Toiletries, tea, coffee, hairdryer in room. Room huge and bathroom large. Had to kill some creepy flying things which kept appearing out of the sink overflow, which looked like it had never been cleaned! Other than that, room comfortable and clean, plenty of hot water. Shirt power cuts were a regular thing, so take a torch. Food good, although we were by now a bit fed up with curry (over a week into our trip). The BBQ on our last night was disappointing as the food was cold. Drinks reasonably priced and wine ok (Jacobs Creek). Grounds well kept, pool quite nice. Morning and evening safaris very, very cold, take layers and gloves and woolly hat if it's winter (we travelled in November). We could not believe how cold it was, but very warm during the day. Mosquitoes are about but not too bad. Saw Tigers but there was less wildlife here than in Pench and Kanha.

Stayed here as part of a tour, found everything was clean and well maintained. Food was good with usual selections but it was the atmosphere and peace which made me feel relaxed. Rooms in chalet were large with the option of an indoor bathroom or an outside shower. Would recommend the Bandha Vilas

We stayed here for 3 nights having booked via Jungle Camps India. The resort was the best jungle camp we stayed in. The maintenance, food & service is top notch. The resort naturalist, Mukesh drove us on all 4 Safari's. He & the receptionist were fab, as were the dining room staff in particular. The alcohol was the priciest we encountered. PS9 for 100 ish ml of local white wine & PS8 ish for a large Kingfisher premium. Best food of the 3 week trip. Highly recommended.
