Okay type, lift synchronisation is not managed properly, lift maintenance needed, The interior is good but not maintained properly, bathroom cleaning required along with proper plumbing fixtures. At night the staff was not picking calls, service is poor Providing water is a basic requirement even after payment you can't provide basic requirements then you failed as a hospitality business.

Worst hotel. Not ever come here. Staff is not able to explain nothing. Very limited and bad breakfast. Not at all worth. Very expensive

I have done event of 79 person paying through card hotel person asking for 2.5% extra for paying through credit card . Unsatisfied customer support.

Over price rooms and not cleaned...Average hotel

Just looks good on the outside! The rooms were not clean at all! The bathroom stinked and they had not cleaned it before our check-in, which is not acceptable. The owner was also unresponsive to our feedback which is just disappointing. Would not recommend staying here.

In two words...THE BEST. The hospitality, Food quality, Service and behaviour of staff is top notch... Rooms are quite spacious and very well furnished...location is convenient to reach... Just everything is fabulous...

Great hotel and stunning interiors. I stayed here for one night but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The rooms are spacious but the shower stalls a bit crammed. Their restaurant is good if you want to dine-in. The food is good. The hotel is located right on the road and is easily accessible. Good for families with children. If you are ever in this area The Grand Kasturi is just the place to stay.

TGK is best in service, you may enjoy the delicious morning breakfast with melodious instrumental Hanuman Chalisa Rooms are very neat & clean. Staff is very professional. Thanks TGK
